The closest veterinarian to where I live I have taken my dogs there several times Thankfully not for anything too important just basic shots for my puppy and x-rays. I do feel a little rushed and they focus too much on trying to selling flea treatment even though my pets didn't have fleas the rooms are kind of small and the waiting room floor is very slippery and wide open so the animals do not have any privacy and bark at each other. I also feel that the staff is somewhat overworked as they rush you in and out once you are called. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable but feel that they are overworked by the amount of animals that they see everyday.

Great experience here during our emergency visit. Our normal vet was closed when our Pomeranian suddenly started bleeding from his eye which was very scary because he’s just a puppy. (He’s okay now and we have medicine to treat his injury.)

Called several local veterinary practices in the area and couldn’t get through on the first 3 places. When the receptionist from Noah’s Ark answered she was very friendly and calm and helped us set up a visit. We got text updates about our place in line during our drive over which was pretty nice.

When we arrived they were so nice to us and we were in a room in less than 10 minutes I think (impressive for a vet in general but doubly so considering we were not established patients and it was an emergency visit). The vet tech was so sweet and gentle with our pup and she was very professional. The doctor was great, he fixed up our dog and we felt comfortable and informed the entire time. Whole staff was wonderful, we’re very grateful for their efforts and their hard work.

Facility was very clean and prices seemed fair. Front door is handicapped accessible and the waiting room is large enough to accommodate wheelchair/motorized access.

They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The service is usually quick and easy and I appreciate that they care for my little pup as if she was their own. The doctors were very patient with all of my questions each visit as I have a new puppy. They were great with recommendations on training techniques to ensure success in enhancing my puppy's relationship and confidence with me.

Terrible service. I went in for my puppy’s second set of shots and checked in at NOON then were “next in line” at 3p we ended up not getting a room or being seen by a doctor until 4:30p. After my puppy got her shots we ended up leaving at 5 with a $120 bill. Around 7:45 we notice my dog has a huge lump on her shoulder where they did her injection. We called up there and they told us to bring her in. As soon as we go in they took her back and just started giving her injections WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION or CONSENT. We then asked the doctor how much this was going to cost and she literally says “a couple bucks” total ended up being $96. They charged us ANOTHER exam fee after being there for over two hour earlier as well as 2 $32 injections they decided to give her without our permission. We went back in to speak with the doctor because we were very confused but she would not come out to speak to us. I have always had bad experiences here but this did it for me.

I imagine they are great if you need an emergency vet. But they don’t take appointments so you have to join the waitlist online. I joined 2 hours ago at 8am. They kept adding people ahead of me in line. I texted the number asking why and they said they had several emergencies come in. I can’t waste my entire Saturday just to get my dog her vaccines and allergy shot. We will be going to another vet from now on.

Got our 8 month old lab puppy spayed at the Colerain location. We were told she needed to be calm/inactive for 10 days. Called to report that the “stay calm” medications were not working on our dog at all and we feared she was at risk of injuring herself. The Vet’s response was to use “training” and “puzzle toys” to keep our incredibly hyperactive, very vocal puppy calm. Not exactly helpful or well received by a household that’s been dealing with a barking dog all day and night for 6 days.

I should add that the other location of Noah’s Ark was fantastic to deal with.

bad experiences here. cat was spayed here and almost died, brought my dog in to be treated for skin allergy and was just rushed and they tried to sneak in flea and heartworm medication which isn't necessary. got to the front and they ran a bunch of tests and prescribed 3 different meds without explanation and told me it was about $400 for everything as if it wasn't a big deal. told them I do not want the flea and heartworm medication and it dropped it down to 200 something, but there was additional charges for tests done I did not agree to. Just wanted someone to look at her skin and give me an idea of how bad her allergies are and discuss a possible solution.

I am sorry, but I am giving this office a 0 review. My son brought his dog in to be euthanized. This of course was an extremely difficult decision for him as his dog was 15yrs. old. and in pain and his back legs keep giving out. The dog whines most of the time as I am sure he is in pain. My son saw a vet and came away with a prescription of antibiotics, which we have no idea why they would give a dog antibiotics if you have no idea what was wrong with him. Said he did have a heart murmur and gave him some pills for his heart. Not sure what the heart pills will do. They never once talked about the quality of life for this dog. They just assumed that give him some medicine and charge them $200.00 and they can be on their way. I have no doubt that within a week or so, we will be taking this dog to be euthanized. I am not sure if these Vets realize the difficult decision this is for their humans, no one wants their dog to be put down, they are part of our families, and we love them. Which means he will probably suffer a while longer. I can guarantee you though it will not be through here. If you are going here just for vaccinations, I would say you are okay, doing that. Anything serious, please take your pet somewhere else.
