Si de verdad quieres a tu mascota nunca lo traigas a esta clínica… tuve que traer de urgencias a mi bulldog inglés, cuando tienes una emergencia lo primero que buscas es la clínica más cercana y bueno está era la más cercana para mi… traje a mi mascota porque lo notaba algo raro… cuando llegamos a NorhStar Vets, nótamos que estaba algo llena pero aún así decidimos esperar pasaron 1 hora y 30 minutos y no nos atendían, preguntamos que si nos iban a atender y bueno salió una persona y se llevó a nuestra mascota indicando que lo iban a ingresar para que el doctor lo revisara… después de 2 horas más de espera nadie nos indicaba que pasaba con nuestro perro preguntamos de nuevo y nos indicaron que habían medicado a nuestra mascota para que se tranquilizara (MI MASCOTA TODO EL TIEMPO ESTUVO TRANQUILA, no había necesidad de sedarle)🤔🤔 les pregunté que porque habían medicado a mi mascota sin previo aviso y no supieron darme razón, le exigí que quería ver a mi perro y se negaban diciendo que estaban ocupados tratando a otras mascotas, después de que ya vieron a mi hija y a mi molestos e insistentes tanto que tuvimos que ingresar al área de emergencias para hacer presión para poder que nos entregaran al perro… tuve que llamar al 911 para que se acercara un oficial de policía e indicarle lo sucedido después de 25 minutos nos trajeron a nuestra mascota en una camilla totalmente inmóvil y adormecida sin indicarnos un diagnóstico ni una razón real de porque durmieron al perro de esa manera y aparte de eso tuve que pagar la medicación carísima que le inyectaron sin mi autorización para podérmela llevar…ESTÁ CLÍNICA ES LA PEOR CLÍNICA QUE PUEDE EXISTIR…. NUNCA NUNCA NUNCA TRAIGAN A SU MASCOTA ACÁ

I cannot express my gratitude enough to North Star for saving my beloved puppy, Sky. After a terrifying fall, he developed pulmonary edema and a slight pneumothorax, and we were absolutely devastated. I am so glad I knew about them and their level of care, and that it was the first place I thought to bring him for his best chance at survival. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff showed incredible urgency, professionalism, and compassion. The doctor that admitted him, I cannot remember her name, but she was quick to assist him and very thorough and realistic on what we could expect and I could tell she is still learning but I have high hopes for her and her career being surrounded by the best of the best doctors of veterinary medicine.

She quickly diagnosed his condition and took immediate action to stabilize him. She explained everything thoroughly, kept us updated throughout the process, and treated Sky with such care and kindness. Their advanced medical expertise and state-of-the-art equipment truly made all the difference.

I would personally like to thank Dr. Fosset as well. He was amazing. I work in the medical field which he could tell quickly, and so my anxiety was heightened knowing how serious Sky’s condition actually was. He was very clear and honest with me, and took the extra time to explain all the labs, tests, imagining, everything they did on my pup to me so that I could really see the whole picture.

I called frequently to check on him throughout the days he was there and was always given all the information I asked from whoever was available to speak to me. I’m upset I didn’t get the name of the nurse that cared for him throughout this time because she really was amazing as well. It was up to Sky to find the strength to get better, and I really believe that having her caring for him and giving him love during that time really encouraged him to get better, which he did!

Thanks to their fast and exceptional care, Sky is now home and recovering. I will forever be grateful to this incredible team for giving my puppy a second chance at life. If you ever find yourself in need of emergency pet care, I highly recommend North Star in Robbinsville they are absolute lifesavers. I’m sure that anyone with a dog experiencing a medical emergency is not checking reviews before going, so I will make sure to tell all my fellow pet parents about my experience because if I hadn’t know about them, I’m certain he would not have received the care that saved his life anywhere else.

Any negative reviews about the cost need to be taken with a grain of salt, there is no price on the lives of your loved ones. After getting the bill, I honestly feel that for the level of care provided and having my Sky alive and well, it was a bargain. Medical costs are expensive, all around, just know that you are absolutely getting what you are paying for, the best care possible for your fur baby.

Our pocket Rottie became gravely ill last summer and needed to be hospitalized at NorthStar on two separate occasions. This is the second time one of our pups came down with an auto immune disorder and again, Dr. Tammy Anderson quickly came to the rescue. Not only is she a highly competent veterinarian, she is also a kind, compassionate human being.
Unfortunately Greta had trouble tolerating the steroids, so we had to seek an alternative route. Enter Dr. Christopher Shapley! WOW! Greta was improved after 4 days of switching her to a holistic diet and adding Chinese herbs. I really cannot say enough nice things about this man. He cares SO MUCH and has the loveliest bedside manner. Also, I have to say the entire staff have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, especially Ania and Lillian.
I understand that people get frustrated over the fees, and yes, they are painfully high. But my dog would not be alive and thriving today without the Internal & Integrative Medicine Team.

I am currently outside the office while my cat, Lemon, is going under a dental procedure with Dr. Kelly Saverino. I don’t need to wait for the outcome to already provide this review, since they already delivered a great experience. Starting with Valerie Bellusci reaching out to plan for the procedure, through the administrative staff and nurses that very kind and diligent in welcoming us, and what to say about Dr. Saverino. Her expertise in veterinary dentistry is clear since the moment she begins the exam and provides her recommendations. She clearly explained the situation and the possible options to follow. I am so happy I made the decision of coming here.

I woke up this morning in a panic when I heard my dog has had an episode and was at the vet, I thought my dog was going to be gone forever. As soon as I got to the vet they were super understanding and helpful with calming me and assuring me about my dog. Dr Lee was super helpful with helping me understand what's going on with my dog sense I am only a teen. I thought I would never get to see her again but thanks to the Vets at North Star , my Ellie is back home safe and healthy. Great place and amazing vets!

Our 3.5-year-old Pug, Louie Blu, had a rough week dealing with an eye issue, leading to a rushed ER visit and surgery for a ruptured descemetocele OD and neurogenic KCS dry eye. The experience, from walking in and being greeted by the sweet Ashley B., a client service representative at the front desk, was a pure joy, especially when your world is possibly going to be turned upside down; she was very warm, inviting, and helpful. Louie's ophthalmologist, Kristina Vygantas, was amazing as well. She took her time to explain the surgery process thoroughly and appreciated the knowledge I had, since I did a lot of research on our boy. The surgery went well and she contacted us right after and she sounded very promising, but our boy has a long recovery ahead of him. Our discharge LVT, Aylah, was beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and overall a pleasure! She was so informative and had no problem answering all the questions and concerns we had. You can tell she loves what she does; her energy and aura showed it!

My sweet boy had two procedures with Dr. Zuendt! He had a cruciate tear and had surgery at the Maple Shade office and then unfortunately several months later tore his meniscus. Dr. Zuendt was able to do an arthroscopy at the Robbinsville office to deal with the meniscal tear. Everyone at NorthStar (reception, nurses, and doctors) have always been so wonderful and compassionate! I could tell they really cared about my dog and his wellbeing. Very thankful for them and the excellent care they provide ❤️
