Life savers! Simply put. I will always recommend this place and these Vets.

Dr. Sergeant is compassionate and kind. He is understanding and thorough. Bonus, He is a hoot to talk to 😅. The reviews saying other wise… ignore them. He is great! This man has incredible people skills. I cried. He handed me a tissue. Then reassured me my fur friend would be okay and I would be too.

Dr. Barton didn’t have to but did. Because of him my most beloved cat is expected to make a full recovery. He treated her as if she was his own. He chose to perform the surgery when it was his afternoon to be surgery free. Dr. Barton you are a saint! Actions speak louder than words and you showed up 🏆! He could have said no and waited but he didn’t.

Dr. Jana congratulations on your new bundle of joy. I don’t even know where to start. If you want the whole package of a perfect Veterinarian. She’s here! When pet emergency in Kennewick told me to put my cat down after he was attacked. Dr Jana said hold my juice box and got to work. 3 years later my boy is living his best life with one eye. She put his little cheek bones and eye socket back together so perfectly Humpty Dumpty would want her on his team to put him back together again.

Long story short, I brought my dog in because he was chewing at his paws and rubbing ears on carpet to the point that the ears were starting to lose fur. Brought him in they did a skin graph and prescribe him $400+ of antibiotics ultimately I walked out of there with a $800 bill and all I got was a bunch of medication for him and no answer to what was wrong with him. My wife looked up the symptoms and found out it was a ear infection we ordered $30 ear drops and wah lah his symptoms stopped. This place failed my dog I will never bring him here again. I'll take my business to another vet were I can actually get answer to what I am paying for.

This place is amazing! The whole staff is to good to be true! They have treated my rescued baby with the upmost care and patience and my other 2 spoiled babies just as well getting my pup in same day to treat her for a UTI. I can't recommend this office and all of the staff enough!!!

Another great visit to Oregon Trail. Love the Loyalty program. Both of my pups have serious health conditions and I pay out a lot in vet costs. OT is the first place I've ever been to that gives back! I'm new to the area and was dreading finding a new vet. But after visits with both Drs Sargent & Barton, I know that they're in good hands!

I am a long haul trucker who lives on the road full time with my black lab Piper. It was time to get her spayed and I needed a big rig friendly facility as the rig is my only transportation when on the road. They were extremely accommodating in allowing me to park my truck and trailer in their lot behind the facility. (As a courtesy, I would definitely call ahead to make sure they aren’t needing the space for livestock that day). Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and overall the best vet experience I’ve had in my 10 years on the road. HIGHLY Recommended and they will be my first choice for a vet in the future. If you’re coming in with a semi truck, I recommend entering on the side next to Enterprise as there is much more room to get lined up with the gate when coming off US395 and again please call ahead to make sure they aren’t needing the lot for a livestock appointment.
