Dr. Thompson was phenomenal as was all of her staff down to the front desk. Everyone was so kind, helpful and compassionate, The communication was next level. They called us with updates every evening and thorough discussions during our visits and phone calls in regards to chocolate care. So thank you to everyone from the front desk to all the ones that looked after our sweet boy around the clock..thank you to the little gal that was with us during our visits and at discharge. Sorry I don’t remember her name I just want her to know she was such a blessing as well..❤️

From the moment of my 1st call to their emergency room, I knew I had found a perfect place to take my boy, Otis. They were kind, understanding and very professional. The care Otis received was exceptional. They were efficient and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed him and immediately discussed the findings with me. They thoroughly explained the recommended treatment, as well as possible options . After that ER visit, I decided to make an appointment with a specialist. Otis has been with their Internal Medicine Veterinarian, Dr Kate Sycamore, since the initial visit. Follow up care was very easy to arrange and when any new issues arose, care was very accessible.

I highly recommend this practice for all of your veterinary needs. You will not regret it!!

I feel so fortunate to have been able to get my kitten in here. "Quincy" had a very high fever and was very lethargic. They fit him in their schedule. The office was clean, the staff was efficient, professional, compassionate and excellent with communication.

Someone walked in with their dog who had passed away that morning. It was busy, but they took care of everything quickly to ease her pain.

As you can see, Quincy is feeling better days later.

The staff at the clinic were professional and kind. We arrived 15 minutes early and were seen on time with little wait time. Our doctor explained the findings of our pets EKG clearly and we left feeling like our dog was the most important patient of the day. Well done, thank you.

Last night our 15 year old baby started to walk in circles and we noticed his health rapidly declined . We realized he probably wouldn’t make it another week to go visit his primary veterinarian .
I started looking around for veterinary hospitals and Pacific Northwest had the best reviews so I called and quickly brought him in. The CSR was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful . she was so sweet and attentive and made my mom and I feel our sweet baby was in good hands . They took my Oreo back fast and had the Dr look at him and then had the difficult conversation of end of life treatment for our baby. The veterinarian and the technician went above and beyond and treated Oreo and us with care , respect, and compassion. I know emergency hospitals are extremely busy and they see so many patients at night . I’m amazed at the care and the professionalism of the hospital. It was extremely difficult and beyond heartbreaking having to put out sweet 15 year old down, but the quality of care during his last hours made it so much easier on all of us and especially on Oreo.

Best place I ever took my pet too. They are all kind and loving ❤️. I wouldn't want to take my pets anywhere else. They call and give you updates, you can call them anytime night or day to check on your pet. They all love what they do. My dog has surgery on the 2nd. It's a major surgery. I'm not even worried because I know they only have his best interest.

We brought Oberon for a second opinion of needed surgery. Whole process was smooth and efficient, from scheduling, to check out. The hospital is immaculate and provides a wide range of care from surgeons and internal medicine to cardiology and oncology, all from board certified specialists. We really appreciate the care and attention shown by all the staff to our great big, skittish, sometimes scary mastiff. They called him a Good Boy to his big face and that’s all he needed to put him at ease.
Dr.Townsend (surgeon, DACVS) was amazingly thorough, gentle and stepwise. She noted an elevated heart rate during her exam and got an EKG and consulted with her cardiologist colleague to determine whether further evaluation was needed. She listened to what we wanted for Obi, which was preserved mobility for an older mastiff. We brought him back the following day for biopsy, and now have him scheduled for surgery with great confidence in Dr Townsend and her team. Estimates of charges are provided along the way and I am impressed with the transparency of pricing and relatively lower price than what you would expect for specialty care.
We HIGHLY recommend PNW Pet ER and Specialty Center for your higher level care needs. I’ve had friends who used their ER services and say the same. We love our primary vet, but are fortunate to have PNW close by when we need them.

My experience, a Pacific Northwest pet ER and specialty center was remarkable little Beau Jack is doing great. Beau is my little wholly terror and at 20 weeks old, he decides to jump off the bed and broke his left leg. I took him to Pacific Northwest pet ER specialty center and they did a remarkable job. I wish vet care was a little less expensive but to get our loved ones back to remarkable it’s the only choice we had and he’s doing great, but he needs to lose some energy, but he gets into everything.
