Called with a sick horse around 5:00 in the evening on a Thursday needing emergency care. Left a message and never got a call back or even a call on Friday to even see if I still needed help.

We've been meaning to leave a review for awhile now. We've been very happy with Dr. Lawton & staff. I found my older cat on the streets of Marble Falls last summer & it took us a minute before finding Dr. Lawton. When you have a geriatric pet it often accompanies chronic conditions like arthritis etc. This is an area where SO many vets are like "yeah nothing we can do". We knew Dr. L was "the one" when she mentioned a new drug option she researched & that she'd consider various treatment plans, when we hit that point. Just an example. Yes, they're busy BUT they do superior work & aren't calloused like so many medical professionals are today. Means a lot that as the baby ages & more things invariably come up, that she has qualified people around her who cares. Terry & the rest of staff are warm, accommodating, and just nice people. Thanks ya'll. We may be moving to MF but will be back for her check ups cuz we ain't switching vets. Appreciate them so much 😽
