I needed to rush my puppy to the Pet Emergency & Referral Center Saturday night after she had some kind of episode at home. The place was very well run and maintained. The wait time was not bad, about 2 hours total. The staff and doctor were very kind and treated Hazel kindly. They said they thought she had a seizure and gave me a quote for further testing and 24 hour seizure watch, which was suggested but not required. Unfortunately I couldn't afford the cost so they gave me medication in case she experienced another episode and told me where to take her if it happened again. The whole experience was gut wrenching, but they were kind and emphatic. I'll definitely use them again if need be, and highly recommend them for anyone needing care for their pet in an emergency.

My dog Zola was on the brink of death. When we arrived the doctors swiftly took him from me and went straight to work on him. The level of care and professionalism at this place is truly remarkable. The staff here are “super hero’s”, but in scrubs. Anyone who has dealt with an emergency situation with their pet knows the amount of emotional and mental stress it plays on you as the parent. The financial cost was a big concern, however, there are options. You have to be willing to do all you can. Be honest and upfront about your situation, but just try. Zola stayed 3 days and 2 nights at this place and my partner and I are extremely grateful for the care and attention they gave to our boy. I highly recommend this place for anyone who has a pet emergency. Any kind of medical care is not cheap but it’s worth it! I love all of you who helped Zola ! My heart swells every time I look at him and remember you all gave him a second chance at life. We are forever grateful!

They did an amazing job with my puppy who got an infection and keep him overnight. Happy to report 2 days later he’s much improved. The care, professionalism, and detail of the team at the referral center. I fully recommend for any emergency issues for your fur babies. 🐶

Everyone here was awesome. I want to give a special thanks to Dr Trow. She is an Angel. Our cat had heart failure and she made correct diagnosis and treatment our cat with compassion and care. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Trust me if your pet is having an emergency you want Doctor Trow. The rest of the staff was amazing as well. The ladies working the desk were very kind and professional. The tech staff were also phenomenal. These guys are on a league of their own.

Pet Emergency and Referral Center is truly the ONLY place I would trust emergency care with my precious pets. I have had to use them 3 times with 3 different pets in the past couple of years, and they have been miracle workers! Their knowledge is extensive, but it's the care and concern that they show during the whole process and stay that is unsurpassed. They truly love their patients. Their communication is excellent and they will always take the time needed to put an owner at ease and to be sure we know all options and outcomes. They are also realistic in whether a treatment should be required - especially in older pets. I can't say enough amazing things about them - from front desk check in to the doctors and techs on call 24/7, each person is incredible.
