I truly hate to leave negative reviews. But I feel like my experience needs to be shared…this was a routine neutering procedure. It was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The pictures below are only a few that I will share. The bleeding was how my dog was released to me. I immediately returned him and he had to be prepped for emergency surgery. Then released to me again! And within an hour I was rushing him to the pet emergency hospital. This wound oozed for well over 2 weeks! They never seemed to be concerned nor offered any compensation except No expense to me for the emergency surgery! Tell me that doesn’t scream, We made a mistake! I feel this was sheer negligence on their part! Needless to say this routine procedure cost $2k. I’ve heard every excuse from the vet…he’s a large breed, he’s an older dog ( 2 1/2 yrs old) and not all surgeries go perfect! I will never return to this vet again. Yes, my boy is good now, 8 weeks later. Definitely traumatizing for both of us. It’s terrible to see an animal in pain.

We loved this place and the nurses and doctors! They took such great care of our puppy! He had to have a major surgery and they kept us updated every step of the way, and even stayed open late for us to pick him up. Unfortunately our baby didn’t make it. He got to come home with us and pass peacefully at home.

Had to make a vet appt for our dog and this was our first experience with this vet location! Wife and I were in agreement with the professionalism, expertise, as well as the most important bedside manner that was given to our dog!
We have complete confidence that our pet will get the best care ever!

Both our babies, Zelda Rose and Zoey Fran , were well taken care of by the Pet vet staff on their “ Spay Day” They kept us informed on how they wete doing and called for follow up to make sure all was going well at home. I ve gone to The Pet Vet for over 17 years and love the care we get there. We wouldn’t go any where else.

My baby had a rock lodged in his intestines. He is not people friendly (he’s a guard dog) and the staff were AMAZING in working with us to care for him. They allowed us to be with him when he went under for surgery and when he woke up. There are no words for what that meant to us. I’ll never take him anywhere else. This clinic and its staff understood that’s not my dog, that’s my son.

I recently brought my schnauzer mix to this pet vet hospital and wellness center, and I had an excellent experience. The doctor was not only professional but also very kind and caring, which made me feel at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming—it’s clear they genuinely care about the pets and their owners. Highly recommend!

Finding a poultry vet isn't easy. I appreciate that I could get my hen in within 27 hours after I called. The staff, from front end, to back office were all nice. The vet tech that roomed my Hen let me know this was her first chicken visit, it was nice knowing that so I could assist with getting my hen on the scale. I appreciate the time the vet took in looking up Lash Egg treatment and explaining the next steps.

I don't recommend this clinic!

Very very bad service!! As a result, my pet died the day after the visit to the doctor.

The doctor didn't see that my pet was so bad!

My pet had anemia, and they insisted on taking blood 🩸 Any Qualified Doctor will say - you can't do it! With acute anemia! Blood was taken for testing, the patient was not given glucose, snack, or water after the blood 💉 test. To restore blood loss. There is no blood in the clinic if the patient has anemia !!! I need to go to another clinic urgently!

At the very beginning of the deception, on the phone they said $82 only the appointment costs one amount, and I paid another amount for only the entrance to the appointment $110. And that's not the whole amount. I asked how much to check my pet's blood on the phone, and them told me $150, but I paid it, $240.
The amount of $101 does not include anything in this amount, I told the nurse about my pet's problems,
the doctor came, didn't even look at my pet, started saying diagnosis, how can doctor find out if he hasn't checked yet, my pet, didn't check anything, didn't take any tests, anything. Even after taking a blood test, he didn't see anything!
As a result, he did not see that he needed to provide urgent help to my pet and my pet died at home in the morning.

In total, I paid $454.61, no necessary assistance was provided, and my pet died the next morning.

There are no words to express this pain and disappointment in the doctors and I am very sorry that I even turned to this incompetent clinic.
