First experience was super great! My puppy wasn’t well socialized before I got him so they took their time to make him comfortable. They decided to make the first visit a good one and we just gave him lots of treats and got him comfortable with the space. The staff was super friendly and very willing to answer my questions! Very reasonably priced and a super cute facility!

This place is great! They are very flexible with appointments and show compassion for my pet. They go above and beyond to make sure the pet is comfortable (placing a soft blanket on the table & giving them treats) as well as making sure the owner understands the care plan.

I called with concerns about my dog (crying on the phone) they assured me and got me in quickly. They even passed me to someone on the phone call that gave me great advice on what to look for and what to feed him before arriving. My dog has severe anxiety at vets. They took such great care of him. Covered all his needs with very appropriate charges (was cheaper than my last vet appointment elsewhere that only looked at his ears and put drops in his ears) and kept me well informed through out the entire visit. They were so attentive, compassionate, educated, and so kind. I found my lifetime vet for my puppies and I’m blessed to have found ya’ll!

The staff and veterinarian at Petfolk in Allen, Texas are amazing. They were there with my daughters and I as we made the toughest decision ever to let our Girl go peacefully. AMAZING experience! Within minutes of booking the appointment I was contacted & everything was confirmed. Our cat, MC was recently diagnosed with kidney failure. We are newbies, trying to navigate management of this awful disease & felt like MC wasn't responding well to her treatment plan this weekend. Petfolk offers Urgent Care services 7 days/week which saved us from having to go to an ER today. They even offer a membership plan which allows us to text 24/7, book virtual appointments or urgent care & wellness appointments. This is a godsend when dealing with CKD where crisis can happen quickly and by Murphys Law... whenever regular vet offices are closed. Our tech & doctor today were also AMAZING!! They very patiently listened to our concerns, answered a billion questions and provided valuable feedback. We discussed options & started treatment. I love my regular vet... but moving forward, Petfolk will remain a valuable member of MC's care team. This is definitely the place to go for peace of mind during a pet crisis. I can't speak more highly of the care we received!!

They have a very clean and welcoming building. I made my appointment online, and came 15 minutes early because I didn't know if I needed to fill out additional information but as soon as I walked in they greeted me, called my cat by name and took us to a room. Haliee was very very sweet and doted on my cat, letting him come out of the carrier on his own, letting him walk around, and she checked his vitals while he was hiding in the corner; she also moved the scale and brought it to him instead of making him stand on the metal table. I asked every question I could think of and she answered very kindly and wasn't rushing me and I felt very validated and heard for the duration of the visit. The doctor was also very kind (I had to wait for a little while , maybe 10/15 min for my turn with the doctor but that's typical and to be expected). When it came time to pay it was very reasonable and standard, they also offer a 50$ dollars off promo. If you ever catch me taking my cats to a different vet this place was closed (She also brought me water and I thought that was very sweet and hospitable) (give her a rise)

We took our newly adopted timid and anxious cat to Petfolk, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly patient, understanding, and thoughtful. They took the time to make my nervous kitty feel as comfortable as possible, which meant the world to me.

Both the vet tech and the veterinarian were absolutely wonderful—sweet, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They answered all of my (many!) questions with patience and detail, never making me feel rushed. It was clear that they truly love what they do and care deeply about their patients.The office was spotless, modern, and comfortable.

I’m so grateful to have found such an amazing team so close to home. Petfolk has earned my complete trust, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a compassionate and thorough veterinary clinic. Thank you, Petfolk, for taking such great care of my furry family member!

Ive had dogs most of my life and this is by far the best veterinarian I have ever been too. I recently adopted a dog that someone abandoned in my neighborhood that unfortunately contracted heart-worms prior to me adopting her. Because of this Ive probably dealt with every single member of the veterinary staff and each and every one of them has been kind, helpful, and delivered nothing short of 5 star service for me and my pet. Highly recommend Petfolk to anyone who needs a veterinarian for their pet, and I will be taking all my animals here from now on.
