The staff at Petfolk are amazing. They are transparent about pricing but most of all they showed my husband and I so much compassion and empathy as they delivered bad news to us about our cat on our first visit. The staff have continuously stood out in my mind as exceptional since his passing. I can tell they have the heart for animals and are in the right business. They are thorough and make you feel that you and your sweet pet is being taken care of.

I took my dachshund to Petfolk for an infection and I couldn’t be happier with our visit. We got a same-day appointment and even though I was running late they welcomed us with a friendly attitude. The staff, Amanda + Dr., were so kind, patient, and super helpful, answering all my questions. The pricing was pretty reasonable and the 30-minute drive was 100% worth it. So grateful for such a positive experience!

Found them last minute the night prior and made an appointment that as honored the next morning. Amazing service. Educated me, was non judgmental, not pushy for buying things but recommended what would be seen as “needed.” I felt my kitty Salem was loved and that I was heard. Took a lot of time to talk to me about things to help with cat stress. Definitely my new vet!!!

It was a wonderful experience for my first kitten. He was loved and cared for by the Vet and the nurse. On the ride to the vet, he was meowing and extremely anxious. After receiving such quality care, he was relaxed in seconds thanks to them. We will come back to visit his new friends soon!
