We came here for the first time today to get a wellness check for our cat and the employees were amazing, so sweet and made sure our cat felt comfortable and safe. When we walked in we were guided to a room and before she even touched our cat, she let him walk around and made sure he was comfortable in his environment before beginning the examination. Definitely will be back here and highly recommend!!

This is a beautiful veterinarian office. It’s very clean and professional. Everybody there was very kind and attentive. They were great with my kitty and I believe they will be able to treat him for his stomatitis so I am really happy to have found them.

This place is very beautiful and they made a trip to the vet less stressful for Honey, my dog. Honey was shaking from fear and anxiety once she knew she was at the vet, but whereas most locations take your pet to the back and does whatever they need to them without their owner present, they examined her in the room with me and even let me go with them when they needed to draw blood from Honey. I was able to console her the whole time and she wasn’t shaking once she knew she wasn’t gonna be separated from me and from them doting on her with peanut butter as a treat. Thank you for making her experience less stressful and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have an obese cat who has anger management issues. My experiences at other vets have been difficult due to his poor temperament (understandable). They were beyond kind to him at Petfolk though. I went in for an urgent care visit and was so scared that they weren’t going to be able to touch my cat. They were gentle, efficient and kind. It may not be my cats favorite place to go, but I am blown away by how sensitive and transparent they are. They walked me through all my options and were clear on what prices were. I’m definitely coming back!!

I had a sick dog on a Sunday and I was able to schedule an appointment efficiently using their site. I was impressed by the doctor and staff. Very friendly and they took a conservative approach to the issues my dog is having. Typically when we go to the vet she has a lot of anxiety but she had none at this clinic. The vet did her exam sitting on the floor with her and took the time to let her warm up. You can tell they have an approach to care that is very dog friendly. I have a regular vet I go to but this place is making me consider switching.
