Had a great experience here! We took our sweet boy to Petfolk the day after we adopted him because he has some dry itchy spots and we aren’t certain of his history. This is the nicest vet I’ve ever visited. The staff was so patient and kind, they played with him on the floor and made sure he was comfortable. Their annual membership is absolutely worth it imo as $199 gets you an entire year of free visits. They have a “fear-free” approach and didn’t push our dog to do anything he was uncomfortable with. We left with medications to calm the itchiness and meds to chill him out before his next visit that we have scheduled for a few days from now. It’s so nice to know that we can bring him in as often as we need without worrying about if we can afford it. As new dog parents, this has given us so much peace of mind! Thank you!

It’s never fun to have a sick pup while traveling but Dr. Solis and nurse Naomi made it as painless as possible. I was able to get in last minute for an ear infection and so appreciated the care they provided. They were able to swab and specifically identify which germs were causing the infection and target therapy accordingly. Sunshine is super fearful and they were so sweet and patient with him. Dr. Solis even noticed a broken tooth I can follow up on when we get back home. They provided thorough instructions for managing this infection and great education for preventing recurrence. The clinic itself was beautiful and spotless. I would absolutely recommend Petfolk to anyone needing care for their animal.

Visited them today because our Golden boy Samson was having some tummy issues. Our “regular” vet didn’t have time to see him so off to Petfolk we went. We arrived early, they immediately took us back and his exam began promptly thereafter. Dara and Dr. Solis and all the other staff we absolutely amazing. They were thorough, straightforward and transparent with pricing and treatment options and absolutely went above and beyond to give my best boy lots of love and attention. After getting to the root of the problem we were sent on our way with thorough instructions and medicine. They will now be our regular vet! Thank you so much! Samson approved of all but that ear thermometer!!

We’ve had a great experience with Petfolk! We felt so comfortable and supported by the doctors here. The doctors were inquisitive, responsive, thorough, and very kind with us as well as our kitty! We even had a timing issue and they were very understanding and helpful with this issue as well and were able to fit us in the same day.

I loved this place! I arrived at the wrong location and the staff was incredibly understanding. They did not cancel my appointment despite me arriving 15 minutes late and it being close to closing time. Naomi greeted us immediately and we were taken to a private room. They brought a clean blanket in to make the experience more comfortable for my anxious fur baby Halo. Both Naomi and Dr.Selis were empathetic and patient while doing Halo’s wellness check to ensure they weren’t further stressing her out. My concerns were heard by both the vet tech and the doctor and they took the time to explain the medication’s I was provided as well as giving me additional useful information. Overall clean location and very friendly, caring staff. Would definitely recommend.

Petfolk was the first vet’s office that felt like they truly CARED!! We were 15 minutes early for our appointment and were seen right away. The office is so clean and nice. Our nurse Naomi and Dr. Solis actually listened to our concerns, spoke with us for over an hour about our treatment options, gave us really helpful tips and advice, and didn’t run any unnecessary tests. They explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions. Best of all, our dog felt truly comfortable in the environment, and they were so friendly towards him. They were gentle and respected his boundaries, while still caring for him and giving him love. Absolutely fantastic!!

Great experience! We loved working with Naomi and she broke down and explained everything so simple. Our dog Lady felt safe and loved the staff here. I recommend this place because it’s not like any other vet, this place is up to date, welcoming environment and doesn’t feel like a prison.
