As the owner of a dog with anxiety, going to the vet is never easy or enjoyable. This was our first visit to our new vet, and Dr. Carson was SO patient and gentle with my dog. She didn’t overstep his boundaries and made him feel comfortable (as much as he could be!). The vet and vet techs explained everything they were doing step-by-step, and this was so appreciated coming from an owner’s point of view - especially knowing how much my dog hates the vet. The rooms were also not set-up in a way dogs would be intimated, and are so comforting. Thank you for making us feel welcomed!

We took our cat in on a Sunday morning to get a second opinion on what was going on with him. We love our regular vet and Dr. Smith and staff respected that. They were wonderful! We especially loved the fact that there are no waiting rooms and that the exam rooms are animal-specific. Our cat LOVED his room and didn't want to leave when it was time to go! Don't hesitate to bring your pet here. The staff is kind, compassionate, and caring and the facilities are very comfortable.

This vet is great! Hands down the best vet I’ve had. The staff is very friendly. The vets are great with your pets and are very good at explaining things and giving you options.
The Fear Free experience is perfect for my dog who gets anxious and barks like crazy when seeing other dogs. Makes checking in waiting so much nicer and calmer for him.
They are very quick to answer any questions or concerns you might have by call or text.
An overall great experience and is my permanent vet now.

I have a 100lb pitty with a very tragic back story who is reactive. This place was the most amazing vet experience we have ever had. They were so patient and kind with him. They do offer “victory” appointments to help get a dog more comfortable which we are 100% taking advantage of. I’m so happy we found them 💖

PetVet365 is absolutely wonderful! Every single person cares about my fur baby and treats her like she's the most important dog in the world. First, you are welcomed into a private room decorated like your living room so you and your dog feel comfortable. No exam table to make either of you nervous. Dr. Smith listened to my concerns and gave a thorough exam and explained everything clearly. The art of distraction is top notch so she has no idea she is getting her shots - she's too busy getting loved on and a treat. What other dog states at the door waiting for "her people" to come back bc she loves them?!? Love, love, LOVE PetVet365. Their view on veterinary care make all the difference in the world!
