I’ve been taking my 8-year-old male Shih Tzu, Kuki, to Red Roof for over four years. Dr. Kim and her friendly staff have always provided excellent care, especially during emergencies. They’ve helped with various issues, including treating diarrhea, performing dental cleanings, and even a facial fold resection to alleviate redness in his eyes. Dr. Kim and her team took an overwhelming and stressful situation for me into a kind and easy experience. Having two pitbulls, my dogs get used to being ignored or having to be removed out of certain situations so to feel nothing but support, care and empathy was amazing. I loved how attentive the staff was and I had every question answered. If you’re looking for personable care, please go to Red Roof. They even asked for pictures of my dogs and sent them home with toys! 🫶🏼

Dr. Kim is great-- she is very compassionate and knowledgeable. She was able to treat my dog's vomiting issue that no other vet could figure out. I just wish I came to her sooner, right from when my dog was a puppy, and that would've saved my dog and myself a lot of trouble. I always have so many questions, and she is always happy to take time to answer them. The staff are great too-- they are all so kind and gentle with my dog, and making appointments is very easy. Also, Dr. Kim doesn't go overboard with diagnostic tests/imaging, etc. and will only do what is strictly necessary. I live an hour away and still come here to see her because there is no other vet that I would trust with my dog.

I've been bringing my cat here for the past 6 years and have always had a great experience and trust the veterinarians here! I thank them for my cat's health and you can tell they really take their time with each appointment. I've never felt rushed and they're great answering any questions. Also, the location is perfect in town, scheduling is always a breeze, and they keep the place super clean. Highly recommend!

Red Roof Hospital is an exemplary Veterinary Hospital.
My wife and I bring our 2 dogs to this facility. We are very pleased. Dr. Kim saved one of our dogs life last year. I cannot commend her enough.

Our dog is pretty hard to handle when it comes to "non-family members". since we moved, we went to different places but none of them were able to handle our dog. so we decided to drive little further and went back to Dr.Kim who we used to visit. She was very helpful to have our dog getting vaccinated and spayed. all the staff members were very patient with her through out our visit. Definitely will keep coming back!
