We’ve been going to Regal Vet Clinic since 2018 and I couldn’t recommend them enough! All the staff here is always so helpful and kind. I truly believe my pets receive the best care here. Their wellbeing is always prioritized in a safe, clean, and loving environment

I recently took my cat to Regal Veterinary Clinic when she was sick, and I was very impressed with the level of care we received. The doctor was kind, professional, and personable, taking the time to explain our options for treatment. I appreciated that she provided different choices for our cat’s care, and the pricing was reasonable. Both the doctor and her assistant were very nice, making us feel comfortable throughout the visit. The only downside was the front desk staff, who were not as friendly as I would have hoped. However, overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this clinic for quality veterinary care.

I elected to have my 14 year old dog put to sleep there in October, my adult daughter was with me and we both have a terrible feeling because we felt like none of our feelings were considered. I feel like the care my best friend had leading up to this could have been better. Don't have your pet put to sleep here. The way they handled the whole thing was very distasteful, unkind, and lacked compassion. If someone calls to schedule euthanasia,says they're going to cremate their pet ,you should be telling them to look online then for an urn rather than having them pick it out while they should be saying their goodbyes to their best friend. Staff should have it figured out in advance how many lbs the pet can be for a particular urn, how nothing was subdued, horrible paw prints of my dog 💔. Cremation place wasn't The greatest either. The way the whole visit was handled was terrible. Just awful. Definitely don't get your pet meds filled here either, much cheaper at the human pharmacy and you could afford more actual care for your pet but they don't tell you this either. I had given you guys a 5 star in the past.

Was told last month that our 15 year old cat's blood work taken 2 years ago likely hadn't changed and that he was fine. His teeth were checked and said that he had some dental disease but was ok to wait on getting them looked at. He was put down this morning at a different clinic.
In those 2 years he had developed severe hyperthyroidism, kidney disease, and liver failure. Not only that but there was critical ulceration in his mouth. My baby was failed.

I really appreciated how the vets took time to get to know Bia before beginning her care. She was very nervous and uncooperative but they were great with her. They even gave me meds I could use to help her be calm for her next visit. I’m 100% going to be making the drive to Regal from now on whenever Bia needs care.

Go-to vet on South Hill. Open 6 days a week and have all the specialty food your animals may need. They call to check on your animals days after an appointment. Provide thorough details and reference other facilities that you may need

I recently went to Regal Veterinary clinic with my kitty Stubby for an ear infection. The receptionist Julia was easy to talk to and helpful. I was able to get a same day appointment at 'no extra charge'. Incidentally, another Clinic I have gone to ups the price and charges extra for ' Same Day Urgent' appts.
Both Celine Abraham DVM and Erika Berdan DVM were thouough and took the time to listen with my concerns. Lorraina and Dakotah were kind and caring while checking Stubby's vitals.
It is nice to have a Veterinary Clinic that has your back, cares about it's clients and patients and does their best to help you when your pet is sick ❤️
