Once again I took a critically ill pup of mine to RhinoVet. 8 months prior I brought in another pup of mine suffering from the exact same symptoms of hemolytic anemia. Unfortunately the outcome with my first pup was not good - the anemia was far too severe. This time however, having the complex condition occur in a much younger dog - we had a chance. This ER hospital and every single one of their vets was instrumental in saving my pups life. Hemolytic anemia is very complex and difficult to treat but these vets were on it from the start. The critical care, and critical hospitalization they provided was absolutely amazing and life saving. A week ago my pup was on the brink of death. Now she’s nearly back to normal. I cannot thank this staff and ER hospital enough. For the second time, they went over and beyond for me, my family and my pup. Yes, critical care is expensive but after dealing with many animal hospitals in Denver - they are comparable if not cheaper. I will never go to another ER, and I will always recommend their services to anyone whom has a medical emergency with their pets. From the bottom of our hearts thank you to the staff and vets - especially Dr. Stein, for saving Artemis.

This is now my go to emergency vet. When I took my dog there was no wait. Dr. Roca, the vet tech, and Suzzy were phenomenal. They gave me all my options and the prices and were very transparent. They even sent all my records to my vet without me asking so when I called my vet they were able to make an informed decision on the rest of his care. It was an emergency visit so it was expensive, but that is to be expected. Suzzy was also very helpful and they answered all my questions and concerns when I called multiple times the following days.

Thank you to the two amazing women that were on staff last week on 3/19 around 3am. These caring individuals helped me with final end of life care and choices for my 24 year old kitty who we had to put down that night. I appreciate how everything was handled and for making an impossibly hard night as easy as possible.

We've had very positive experiences here, with a couple of large dog breeds. The injury and illness diagnosis and care was fast yet thorough, with great follow up too. Also, when we had to deal with an old age end of life for one, they really were both compassionate and pragmatic with that too. We highly recommend them even if you are not close.

Unfortunately, I had to bring my elderly cat in last week and I was told by the veterinarian that his end stage kidney disease was so severe there were limited options for my little guys quality of life. They gave me as much time as I needed with Rondo to say my goodbyes and made him extremely comfortable when the time came. It was quick and painless and now I know Rondo is in a better place. Thanks to the kindness, compassion and consideration of the staff at Rinovet, it made one of the hardest moments of my life slightly more bearable. They also gave me a beautiful urn with his paw print on it. So thank you to all of the staff that was working that night.

Kind, knowledgeable and gentle staff. $125 for initial exam. Then additional costs vary based on your needs. Highly recommend if you’re unable to see your own vet. 🦮

These folks at RinoVet are angels. Had to bring my dog in for emergency services on a Friday after hours and there was no wait. Every single staff member from front desk to vet tech to doctor was so kind, thoughtful, and quick to provide necessary care.

We were referred here by our vet for an ultrasound and radiologist. We had originally been referred to the VRCC, but they had no radiologists on staff that evening. RinoVet was extremely accommodating; we called about 30 minutes ahead to let them know we would be coming in with our very sick pup.

Unfortunately we ended up having to put our little girl to sleep, but the staff was very accommodating and allowed us give her one last walk and a meal, which was amazing. The staff even offered us cookies and peanut butter to feed to our girl. After, we were given as much time with her as we needed before calling the doctor in for end of life services. After our girl passed, we were given as much time as we needed to stay with her body before calling in the vet tech to take her away.

Staff was very kind and allowed us ample time to select her burial/cremation options. Ultimately, we ordered a hair clipping, paw print, and nose print from our angel babe. They also let us pay for all services in advance so we could simply leave the clinic upon our girl's passing.

I was a little nervous going into RinoVet as I had never been there before, but they were honestly so kind and so perfect to our doggy and us. If we had to do it again, we would have no hesitation choosing RinoVet. Thank you to this lovely team of humans.
