I just recently started taking my dog to Riverwalk Pet Hospital and Resort after switching from another practice. My experience thus far has great. We have been seeing Dr. Hall and she is so kind, warm, informative and welcoming. She has answered all of my questions and not made me feel rushed during the appointments. I love that they want to make sure your pet is comfortable and take the time to sit on the floor with them to make the exam easier and less stressful. I really appreciate that the exam and most of what they do happens in the room with you there. I don’t have to wonder about what was done in the back or how my dog is handling it. This makes it so much easier for my anxious dog too. After every visit I have received an email with a detailed report with the doctor’s notes and what transpired at the appointment. I have been to numerous vets over the years with my dogs and never had that level of service. Everyone in the front and the techs are all superb. I am definitely glad I found this office and look forward to working with the team in the future for all of my dogs needs.

We appreciate the friendly manner of the staff at Riverwalk Pet Hospital, but unfortunately, our experience with their boarding service wasn't as smooth as we had hoped. We were told at drop-off that we would receive updates on our pup’s day and evaluation while boarding. However, we had to reach out several times for updates, and the staff seemed stressed and confused.

Cass, who initially answered our call, mentioned they were not working with the boarding team but would gather information for us. After a brief hold, Cass returned with a quick update. We appreciate Cass so much for going out of the way to do this for us.

We were also told that pictures would be sent, but we never received them. We followed up the next day, and after leaving a message, we finally received a picture hours later via email.

It was disappointing that the staff mentioned providing updates but didn’t follow through as promised. We also found it odd that there was no way to check in on our pup outside of calls, especially when other facilities offer live video. The lack of communication created unnecessary anxiety, as we were left wondering if something was wrong with our pup after no updates were given.

We LOVE Riverwalk Pet Hospital & Resort. We have taken our 2 frenchies here for several years now and always receive the best care. The Doctors are knowledgeable and kind and Techs are just so sweet and helpful. We highly recommend their acupuncture team, they have saved our pups life! The whole team is so welcoming and they always answer all of our questions! We have also had one of our pups stay at the Pet Resort and had the best experience. I would highly recommend Riverwalk if you want to give your pets the absolute best care! ♥️🐶

Dr O’gorman was very informative and took the time to explain in detail where I would understand! You can tell he has a passion for animals and their well being. This place is very clean and very organized. I especially liked how they came into the examine room to check me out and we didn’t have to go into the waiting room around other animals. When we got there they took us right into the examine room and there was absolutely no wait line. Of course when we finished they also give treats to the animal!

My Smokey Joe has so much fun with his friends at daycare and can even get a bath or groom before he comes home! Seriously, this place is top notch. Everything from the vet to groomer to boarding is right here. The customer service is excellent and the facilities are too notch. Very convenient location on route to the city, airport, basically anywhere from where I’m at. The groomer is absolutely fantastic. All around great experience and I will keep bringing my Smokey Joe in as long as I’m in the area!.

Incredible pet boarding experience. From the first call where Amber answered every question flawlessly and made us feel comfortable with boarding our fur baby at a new place. We were not sure if she had all her vaccination so Amber made sure to set up the vet appointment as part of our check in for boarding. She made it so easy!

And just when things couldn’t get any better, after reviewing our dogs records, Amber called back and noticed that one of the vaccines we thought we needed was already covered and ended up saving us an entire appointment and money!

Drop off was dead easy, as was pickup. Everyone demonstrated the utmost care for our baby. And when we picked up, the tech gave us a debrief of how our pup did and any observations worth sharing.

Also want to say that this was a tricky boarding because our dog was in heat. They gave us all the assurances that she would have her own separate place and would not be exposed to any other dogs. Just perfect!

We have found a new permanent boating home and cannot stress how GREAT the experience was. SERVICE. VALEU. CARE. Honestly I’m not sure how they achieve all this. Incredible!!!

I have a 180# Great Dane who is very anxious and skittish around new people. Over the last 4 years, we have been to 2 different vets trying to find somewhere he feels more comfortable and not growl at people.
We heard about Riverwalk and that they are a Fear Free facility. We had the best experience! The tech called the day before to let us know what to expect and to get to know Reuben and his prior experiences. When we arrived, they met us outside. We did an outdoor visit in a gated area with a small sofa so he didn’t feel so confined. The tech, Tara, came in and just sat on the floor while talking with us and let Reuben come to her. Within minutes they were best friends. The vet was the same. They took lots of time and were very patient with him and we never felt rushed. We were invited to come in and do “happy” visits any time for a meet and greet so he could have positive visits at the vet!
I wish we would have had this experience since day one with our pup, be we are happy to have found Riverwalk now!!

I highly recommend Riverwalk Pet Hospital & Resort to anyone looking for a caring and compassionate veterinary clinic for their pet babies. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they take the time to get to know you and your pet. I've never felt rushed during an appointment, and the staff always take the time to answer all of my questions.

My cat, Raju loved going to Riverwalk. He was greeted with a warm welcome and a treat, and he never seems scared or anxious. The staff is great at putting him at ease, and they always make sure that he has a positive experience.

I also appreciate the fact that Riverwalk offers a wide range of services, including boarding, grooming, and daycare. This makes it convenient for me to take care of all of my Buddy's needs in one place.

Overall, I'm extremely happy with the care that Buddy receives at Riverwalk Pet Hospital & Resort. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a great vet.
