My doggies spent 5 days. They were very happy and received excellent care! They had comfy beds to sleep and were fed as we have them scheduled at home. All of the vets and staff are truly phenomenal. Rockwall county veterinary Clinic is a place for which I’m truly grateful and thankful !

Despite the circumstances, great visit. I appreciate the staff, and doctor for their kindness and transparency as well as the care they show towards pets. Unfortunate circumstances for the visit but they treated my dog with the most care, were through in the examination, gave me all the best treatment options and space to carefully consider my options as well as didn’t try to sell me or push any miracle cure. They made us both feel welcome and cared for as well as leave understanding fully the diagnosis as well as what to look for if symptoms progress further. I’ve been to so many vets before who just assume they know exactly what is going on and the Dr was so patient and really took the time to make sure she gave the most quality attention possible and was confident in the diagnosis given. I appreciate their professionalism as well as welcoming demeanor through the entirety of the time in office.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. If my cat has an emergency, they will rake her same day if they have an opening. The people at the front desk are helpful with information and getting my appointment set up or medicine ordered. The nurses who help get us into a room and help calm down my cat are always so sweet and compliment my baby. The doctors are knowledgeable and explain answers calmly and with details so we can understand.

This place is amazing . The staff is very friendly. My fur baby was in/out for a nail trim within 15 minutes.
It was a great choice for me to move my baby here.

Wonderful experience. My dog was unsure acting nervous. They tried to warm up to him but he wasn’t receptive. So they took him away from me as they realized that he was protecting me. They quickly came back and told me he was receptive to the exam and even took his muzzle off before returning him to me. He was back to his normal personality and we were able to accomplish his visit! The didn’t make me feel like my pet was a problem or that they were bothered. They welcomed me back! Thank you!
