Brought my puppy cookie in because she was extremely sick throwing up blood with diarrhea and no not being playful at all ): they were able to help me and give me an estimate right away ! And the staff was extremely supportive I felt very comfortable ☺️ glad to say cookie is back to waking me up at 7 am and is slowly getting better. *tried to take a picture but she wouldn’t stop jumping* p.s be prepared to wait!!

Brought my dog in yesterday after a fight with his sibling. I called ahead and let them know I was coming the lady on the phone was great. When I got there my 85 pound dog wouldn’t walk so two the techs brought out a gurney and were able to get him onto it. The doctor came in and was able to work with my budget, give him some pain meds, antibiotics shot and send me home with meds. It wasn’t busy and they had me in and out in about 45 mins. The staff was professional, and friendly. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby.

I had to take my Chewie in this am. Everyone was so incredibly nice and sweet. They were able to help Chewie with his cough and give him some meds, he is now home and eating again still no energy but we are thankful.

Our Xena had to have some staples from several large lacerations. The Staff was amazing, swift, and very kind. Even though she is scared of everyone she warmed up quickly to all the positive vibes.

We had to say goodbye to our sweet, beautiful Simon! Our golden boy. The staff were amazing and so compassionate as we said our goodbyes. We just received a sympathy card from the staff in the mail. What a thoughtful gesture. Thank you for all that you do and helping us all through such a difficult and heartbreaking time! It’s truly appreciated. Until we meet again our sweet boy!

As a fury four paw owner we ended up at RUV
but we want to thank the ladies that took very good care of us and our fury baby. Scared of the unknown, felt our baby was in the hands of an angel. The staff was very kind, concerned & confident about the possibility of our pessa begin just fine.

We recently and unexpectedly put our fur baby down. I have to say the staff here at the Rockwall Urgent Vet were very, very compassionate, understanding, and sweet. They allowed us as much time as we needed with our baby before she was put to sleep. They didn't rush us and explain the process every step of the way. Their staff is very help ful and caring. If you are going through this tough time and have to make this tough decision, they are definitely there for you. We appreciate their care and support during this time.

My first visit to this urgent care vet on a Sunday eve… I brought my senior cat in because she hadn’t eaten or used her litter box in 3 days. I was greeted by Christina who was very sweet and kept me updated on when the Dr. would be available. Dr. Lemelli was so wonderful and examined my kitty thoroughly and determined she had a UTI and antibiotics were given. They showed compassion for both me and my cat and even gave me a blanket when I was cold! They recommended that I see my regular vet as soon as possible to see if my cat had anything else going on with her kidneys. I highly recommend this Urgent Care Vet in Rockwall!
