My husband & I recently brought in a stray that needed some medical attention. The Shores staff was so kind, answered all of our questions, & did an amazing job fixing up this sweet guy, which we are absolutely keeping. His name is Potato.

I truly recommend this place. Sadly we had to put my dog down as he was declining from old age. They were not open but he was getting worse we called in they answered and let us come in early. The staff and doctor were very gentle with him and patient with understanding, which helped us get through this hard time. They offered us paws and nose prints which truly helps with the healing process. They were so kind to him and to us which meant the world to me. Thank you to all staff members who helped with this hard time.

I can’t say enough good things about Shores. We brought our cat Freddie in because he was so sick and ultimately we had to make the decision to euthanize him. The Veterinary Doctor Julia and her nurse treated us with such kindness and compassion throughout the many hours we were there. They explained everything and answered every question with patience. They helped us make a very difficult decision and walked us through it all. I would highly recommend Shores.

We recently brought our cat in due to concerns with lethargy and fever. The staff was very kind and caring. They validated all of our concerns and gave our little guy excellent care. The vet made all testing, results and billing information easy to understand and answered all our questions. I truly appreciated the services and compassion that they provided.

I’m truly so thankful to Shores for giving my dog a comforting and peaceful passing. I had planned to do an at home euthanasia for him but he rapidly declined in the middle of the night, it was an emergency, and so I found the closest available. I had so many worries about it not being with his primary vet or at home. I had never been to Shores before. I was so surprised they had a comforting room set up with couches and little fire place vs a standard vet room which is what I’ve always experienced in the past at other clinics. There was no rush and they let me take all the time I needed with him. The caring staff were all so sympathetic and compassionate. I can’t tell you how much this meant. My dog and family were all able to be comfortable and my dog had a beautiful, peaceful passing. Thank you Shores for the thought and care.

I want to thank the staff that took care our baby boy, Arkyn. His belly had been sick for 4 days and he wouldn’t eat or drink, could hardly walk, and eventually stopped peeing. As pet parents, of course we panic when our babies are acting out of the norm and we did not want to chance anything as we had a dog with kidney failure who showed similar symptoms a few years prior. My husband and I called 9 emergency vets and Shores had no open beds but was willing to treat our baby boy. The staff were committed to finding out what was wrong with him. They diagnosed him with a pretty bad case of gastroenteritis, treated him at the clinic, and sent us home with medications and treatment information. A special thank you to Dr. Zippay and tech Kamryn. They did amazing with our boy and he loved them and everyone he got to meet there. He is feeling a million times better and is back to his hyper little self. Highly recommend Shores to any pet parent!

The staff here are very kind, compassionate, and efficient. I rushed my sick cat here when she turned for the worst, and unfortunately did not make it, but everyone here made it easier and treated her with care. They even mailed a very thoughtful card I received after picking her up, and it was such a nice gesture. I really appreciated everyone’s kindness through a difficult time and would highly recommend them to everyone.

I want to thank the Dr. and staff that took care of our Leia. They treated her with compassion and made sure she was comfortable. We took her there because she was vomiting and couldn't get up. They took exrays and gave us the devastating news that she had cancer and was suffering in pain. We made the decision as a family to end her pain. They allowed us all the time we needed to be with her and we stayed until her last breath. They showed us nothing but kindness and compassion for our loss and helped make arrangements for her final place. I urge anyone who needs help with their furry family members to contact them.
