My dog is what's known as a frequent flyer at Sky Lake Animal Hospital because he eats everything he can find. So that means we're at the vet once every few weeks for stomach meds.

I can't say enough about Dr Cooper and his staff. They are ALWAYS welcoming, friendly, thorough, honest, and accommodating.

Whether it's squeezing us in for an emergency appointment, or a routine checkup we always walk away knowing they have our dog's best interest at heart.

For anyone looking for a new vet for their furry family member I highly, highly, HIGHLY encourage you to give them a call and schedule an appointment with them.

One of the worst experiences of my life! Our beloved 8-year-old dog presented with a sudden illness, and Dr. Cooper suggested taking her to a specialist after diagnosing a tumor that required emergency surgery. But then, he decided to operate on her himself (after waiting 4 days while our dog was internally bleeding) and told us it could be done on an outpatient basis.

Chloe passed away just 5 hours after major surgery that SHOULD HAVE NEVER been done on an outpatient basis, let alone without proper monitoring! They handed her over to us 4 hours later, and she died not from the tumor, but from gross post-operative mismanagement and medical negligence.

It's clear that the $7,000 we paid was too enticing. All I'm left with is the consolation that she didn't suffer, but we couldn't even say goodbye to her. Instead, we were met with the doctor's shouting when we questioned him about why he suggested surgery and, worse still, why he did it on an outpatient basis despite knowing the delicate situation and 4 days of internal bleeding.

Dr. Cooper and his team are absolutely amazing! I’ve been bringing my pets here for over 10 years, and their care and professionalism are unmatched. They are extremely thoughtful, compassionate, and always take the time to listen to their clients. I can’t recommend them highly enough—A++++ service all around!

Not even 1 star if i could… the worst place you could take your little furry baby! Let’s start from the girl who sitting in the front desk, lying to my face and trying to charge me as much as she could since i didn’t understand what required by the law and what is not necessary to pay, shots that my poor little baby didn’t need to get just to get money from me. The stuff is rude and unprofessional! The worst treat your dog could ever get. They keep them in little cages on top of each other. Please be aware 🙏 I wish I could know that before I use their horrible abuse service on my dog
