My Butch has been coming here for over 14 years now and has always been loved. The doctors and staff are professional, kind, gentle and always happy to see us. Butch has been cared for , by the best team, and I have never considered taking him anywhere else. I would give them 10 stars if I had the option. Thank you, South Cherokee! Michelle Isabel

We love this practice. We bring our two dogs and cat and feel like they’re in great hands when we go. My dogs are happy to see the staff and I love that the staff remembers our animals when we come in. We love Dr Grasso and the care he gives our animals. Our youngest dog Guava just had her spay done and the staff went above and beyond to make her and myself feel comfortable. Truly grateful for them.

I have been using South Cherokee Vet for several years now for our English Bulldogs and this clinic is exceptional! From the front office staff to the vet techs to the incredible care you received from Doctor Beck and his team is beyond words! The facility is always clean and smells fresh! I am so thankful we have this clinic in Cherokee. They have cared for my dogs during sickness, preventive and routine yearly examines and have kept my mind at ease. 1000% Recommend! A+++++++

South Cherokee Vet was able to get me an appointment the day of which is really hard to do being a first time client. This is very much appreciated. The environment very clean, low traffic when I came in 3:15pm and nice staff. I recommend this location.

Took one of our dogs for “The Works” bath yesterday and the new staff was great! Sam and her team seem like they care a lot about both us and our dogs, which is ideal for a vet. Thank you to the team at South Cherokee!

Recently moved to GA and needed a new vet for my two dogs and found this location doing a 50% new client promotion. Scheduled back to back appointments and when I arrived to my appointment this morning they only had one of my dogs scheduled. I spoke with someone for 10+ minutes last week while originally setting up my appointment to explain why I am requesting a back to back appointment. As I was standing there asking if I should just make another appointment and come back the ladies kept saying they will have no issue doing both dogs like the originally appointment. While at the appointment I requested they trim my dogs nails. As I was waiting for the tech to return I could hear the Vet keep saying he was so behind, so you can assume I felt awkward even though I told them I would reschedule and return another time. The tech brought back both of my dogs from the back and said she was unable to cut my dogs nails. By the time the actual Vet entered the room I straight asked him if I should leave and go to another Veterinary Hospital. I explained that if an office is struggling with basic scheduling, making clients feel bad while you complain having their business, and fail to complete a nail trimming then I might not trust them to actually medically take care of my animals correctly. He then said he would try to cut their nails and he successfully did 6 out of the 8 paws of my two dogs. TBH I was in a bit of shock at this point and quickly realizing why this location is running a 50% promotion for new clients. I paid and left, but felt weird that after having my dogs for 7+ years not one Vet or Tech has brought up concerns about not being able to cut a dogs nails. I left South Cherokee Veterinary and went to another Vet right down the road and asked if they could finish the nail trim. The second Vet had no issue with the last two paws and that confirmed that the issue is with South Cherokee Veterinary Hospital and their staff. I will not be returning and I will forever think twice about bringing my dogs to a Veterinary Hospital that runs promotions to gain clients.

So much to say! Former vet tech here. Very Very last minute they took us in as a walk in! Front staff was so helpful and FRIENDLY. Very busy schedule in town only for a day. Wanted to make sure our puppy got his vaccines! They treated us with a toy to start for little man! Positive positive interactions with all staff. They were amazing with him! He didn’t even know he was getting a vaccine! Wish we lived in town we would be going to them with our other 4 dogs! Thankyou south Cherokee staff! You guys are awesome!

Delayed review with so much going on the last months getting moved to the area and settled. South Cherokee Veterinary Hospital has been very professional, affordable, and accommodating. Shortly after moving to the area in early fall my older dog fell down some stairs, tearing a leg ligament pretty substantially. A colleague recommended I call. SCVH was able to see the dog that afternoon. Dr. Daugherty and staff were exceptionally kind, patient and helpful. Over the next several months we made multiple visits (2 dogs) for various reasons. I'm so grateful to have found the staff and facility. Moving to a new area and establishing a new vet that I feel comfortable with can be stressful. As a new patient and new resident to the area I highly recommend South Cherokee Veterinary Hospital.
