The staff and doctors here are very friendly and helpful. My Rotty pup had an emergency a day after his first appointment and they took him in right away. I was then able to get him into an overnight clinic. The next day he was good as new. Thank you!

Honest and genuine! After being screwed at Value Pet Clinic on meridian in puallup! Finally my dog is comfortable and the itching has completely disappeared! You’re the best! Reasonable and honest and clean atmosphere!

I’m new to this veterinary clinic. Entire visit went smoothly. Receptionists were wonderful and checked me in quickly. Vet tech came to me in the lobby to ask questions for the chart and let me know I would be seen shortly. The veterinarian was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions.

My appointment was a little delayed - I came by mid afternoon - however, it appeared as if 2 dogs received emergency treatment, so I was alright with waiting an extra 10-15 minutes to be seen. (If my pet has an emergency, I will know the vet can and will work them into the schedule.)

Pricing seems reasonable, and the staff set me up on a schedule for upcoming shots. Overall, the visit went well and my pet responded favorably to the staff.

Our experience at Spanaway Vet was great. The staff and doctors are friendly and caring. The doctor recommended delaying an expensive elective procedure to prevent unnecessary stress on our fur baby. I'm glad I found them and would most definitely recommend the them to others.

We have been using Spanaway Veterinary Clinic for the past several years now for most of our veterinary needs. Not only are they great at caring for our small animals, but they're able to handle my naughty Cane Corso's with ease as well. The veterinarians are always able to explain things in a way you can understand and find approaches to your pets health needs that adhere to not only the best interest of your pet, but will help find you the best options to fit your budget. The technicians are caring and thorough and treat your pets as though they are caring for their own. The front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They strive to try and find appointments that fit your schedule. I LOVE the new convenient system of being able to schedule basic appointments on line with your favorite vet and the ability to be able to send the staff a text message for basic needs as this becomes helpful not having to call during busy business hours. It's convenient for both the staff AND the clients. Spanaway vet has only improved it's business over the years with the growing demand for veterinary services in our area. Because of this, sadly they had to discontinue their grooming services. Having said that, by doing so, this has opened up the ability to see more clients and book more appointments for animals in need of veterinary care. We will continue using SVC for all of our pets veterinary needs as we feel this is the most budget friendly, caring, compassionate veterinary clinic in our area. I would recommend this clinic to anyone with the tiniest critter to the biggest bully. They can handle them all.

The vet was great, the tech was great but I was VERY disappointed that I was charged $33.99 for a non-RX medicated shampoo that I could bought for $17.00 on Amazon and the 8oz shampoo was the same price as a 16oz bottle on Amazon. That kind of up charge is egregious. They also wanted $22 for a medication that Costco fills for $6.00. Charging 2 to 3 1/2 times retail price is not acceptable to me and I now wonder if the veterinary services are similarly overpriced. I want to trust the vet I take my animals to and not worry that unnecessary services are being recommended or that the cost of the service is well above average. I’m not happy and will have to consider whether I want to remain a client. I feel deceived.
