We took our dog to get spayed and Cynthia was very rude over the phone. We did not get a call when our dog was ready although I called to get a status update. We had every intention on bringing our second dog to get spayed also, and making it our vet because the tech was very sweet and kind. We will never go back especially being treated that way by who is supposed to be responsible for greeting customers and essentially the first face you see. I hope the owners realize who they have representing them.

I want to say that I love all the staff here. They go above and beyond for my animals. Any vet you go to will cost you but I’m willing to pay them for their great service here. They are kind and knowledgeable. They don’t push to do a bunch of testing instead they only do the testing they recommend for your animal. All my animals they have seen have been seniors and I’ve put two cats down with them now and they were so caring when those times came. The vet that had to step in one day (since the others were out of the office) had to put my cat down and even she was kind and Caring. I can’t talk highly enough about Spencer Animal Hospital. Thank you for all you do!

Every time I've come here with any of my past or current animals, I've always been treated with compassion and professional courtesy. They treat my animals with the same compassion. The male veterinarians name escapes me at this time but he will take the time to listen to any and all concerns about your animal, and then takes time to explain any and all procedures and or medicines. Truly love coming here and will always come back to spencer animal hospital.

I took my pet there due to bleeding, they said they needed to run a urinary test to determine if a surgery was needed or if it was simply a vaginal infection they “proceeded to do the exam” came out telling me it was just a vaginal infection that did not require surgery, they gave me some pills to help stop the bleeding supposedly that it would take approximately a week to stop, a week later my baby was actually worse, not only was she still bleeding now she was pooping black throwing up and not eating…. I was very frustrated bc according to them it should’ve stopped so in distress we ended up taking her to the emergency care and they told us she needed a surgery ASAP life or death situation and that the vet I had originally taken her too should’ve have informed me of this…. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL…. Never going back

Went here with a cat that was extremely sick and dehydrated. The entire staff seemed genuinely concerned and showed Meowth more compassion and love that I could have ever imagined!

They were quick to answer and give advice the entire time and didn’t make me feel dumb when I was asking questions.

Thank you all so much!

Doctor Penn was especially amazing!

Will only go here for my animal needs from now on.

This place is so great ! The Doctors and staff are always so pleasant to talk with and very helpful. My pets are their patients for life.
