I can't express how impressed I am with the care my cat received at Sploot. As any cat owner knows, getting a feisty feline into a carrier is a battle, and once at the vet, she’s even more of a handful. But the staff here were absolutely amazing with her, handling her quirks and temper with patience and professionalism.

From the moment we walked in, the team made sure my cat was as comfortable as possible. They gave us a quiet exam room to wait in immediately, and their gentle handling during the exam showed me they truly understand cats' personalities. The vet even took extra time to talk to me about her health in a way that made me feel confident and informed.

The clinic is clean, well-organized, and has a calm environment that really helps reduce stress for both pets and owners. I especially appreciated how the staff worked together to ensure my cat felt secure, despite her feisty attitude. They even gave her a few treats after her exam (which she was very suspicious of), but I could tell they genuinely cared about making her experience positive.

Highly recommend this clinic for anyone with a cat, especially those with a little attitude like mine!

Let's talk about the amazing service I received at Sploot Sunday March 23rd. I scheduled the appointment the day before online, the appointment was confirmed with an $88 deposit which would later be used towards the balance due. Not knowing the veterinarian was so close to my house I arrived 30 minutes early LOL but they got me right into a room so I could let poor Scoops out of his tiny enclosure. The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable. They walked me through every step of treatment, made sure I understood what was going on and what each charge was for. They also made scoops and me feel right at home, it's scary giving your sick baby away to someone you just met but all three ladies had such a kindness to them I knew it would be okay. I would recommend 100%!

I don't know how anyone affords yearly vet care. I hadn't taken an animal to the vet in 5 years, and HOLY WOW it's crazy expensive now. I was satisfied with the quality of care as well as the facility, however, I was quoted $900-$2000 for a dental treatment for my cat. I can't afford that and now I'm panicking that I won't be able to get her what she needs and I'll lose her. I have another cat that needs to go who I made an appointment for in a few days that I now have to cancel. I will say that the vet did do the simple blood panel instead of the senior blood panel that would have been 3x the cost, so that was nice of her. I'm so upset that it costs more to get my cats mouth addressed than my own. I had been saving to get my mouth fixed, but now I will be putting my own health at risk to afford care for my cats. So disheartening.

The staff and doctors at this Sploot location are wonderful! They have been nothing but kind to me and my dog, and they always take such good care of him.

Anytime I have questions regarding his care or any upcoming appointments, they’re always within reach and more than willing to go over any concerns I may have.

Finally, a great vet that I can recommend! For a long time I’ve been hoping to find a great vet that I like and trust, and that doesn’t overcharge. This office is it. I’ve seen Dr Cross several times- she’s incredibly knowledgeable and so deeply empathetic. Friends have seen other docs at the same office and said they are just as wonderful. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Sploot! My pup was up all night with diarrhea, but they were able to see him same-day and he was better within hours of getting the medicine! I’m so grateful for all their help 🙂
