Llevamos a nuestra mascota por una emergencia y su atención fue 10/10. Pagamos un valor de $1.000 dólares y a los (3) días tenía control nuevamente y el día de la emergencia preguntamos que si el control estaba incluido en el valor inicial y nos dijeron que SI! Llegamos hoy al día del control y nos hicieron una nueva cuenta por pagar lo cual dijimos que NO porque estaba incluido en la cuenta inicial y lo que nos dijeron que entonces una nueva cita de control con la médica que nos atendió en el día de la emergencia. ‼️

TRULY the best vet experience I've ever had. My cat, Stuart, needed dental cleaning and extractions. However, he was diagnosed with a heart murmur when he was younger, which obviously was a concern for procedures requiring anesthesia. Every single vet I previously visited brushed off my concerns and offered me no solutions except for a visit to a cardiologist. Dr. Johnson at Sploot took the time to sit on the ground with my cat and listen to his heart, she explained to me the potential causes of a heart murmur, and offered multiple tests and suggestions before sending me to (what would likely be a very expensive) cardiologist. For the first time I felt heard, and like my doctor actually cared about Stuart. Stuart had his dental procedure today and Kortnee kept me updated all day so I wasn't forced to sit around and worry.

They have been very flexible with pricing and I don't feel like I'm being ripped off, they have continuously tried to get me the best deals possible and I have never felt like 'just another appointment' to them. Making an appointment with Sploot is so easy and I'm never made to wait for care. Their texting services have been so useful for me, someone who always asks a ton of questions.

Both Dr. Johnson and the entire Sploot RiNo team have been extremely communicative and helpful. Everyone is always excited to see Stuart when we come in and they give him lots of love. Everyone at the front desk is always friendly, and I truly have never felt so comfortable and trusting of a veterinary office. I'm very thankful for the amazing quality of care they have provided to Stuart, and the tremendous help they've been for me.

We really enjoy visiting Sploot Veterinary Care in RiNo. The clinic is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making both us and our pet feel comfortable and cared for. The veterinarians and nurses are thorough and compassionate, ensuring our Bernese Mountain dog receives the best care without making us wait too long in the consultation room. We also love the convenience of their customer management system, which allows us to communicate with the front desk via text—making appointment coordination and quick questions so much easier. Plus, knowing they’re open 365 days a year gives us peace of mind, knowing that help is available whenever we need it. We highly recommend Sploot for anyone looking for a pleasant vet experience in a warm, efficient, and tech-friendly environment!

Coming from Oklahoma and needing a new local vet to take care of my German Shepard Mia. I choose sploot vet for the hours, reviews and convenience.

I have been going here for almost 2 years and I cannot explain how good they are with her. Knowing your dog and being able to explain that to the staff is one thing; they LISTEN and implement accordingly. She never leaves in a bad mood here. Waiting times can vary but not unreasonable; full exam, questions, urine sample, labs, nail trim, booking my teeth cleaning and payment was an hour and a half-ish.

They care about the animals, let me do monthly weigh ins for our diet goals and give advice that is doable.

Pricing: This is controversial as everyone has a number on value. My money is well spent here at the RiNo location. They are reasonable, take care credits, run specials (like teeth cleaning that we are getting done this month) and price match or BEAT competition for medications.

I’m VERY picky about who is around my dog let alone providers. This is a place a trust with my 7 year old Shepard without a doubt.

I’m not the type to write reviews but the crew over at Sploot deserve one! I’ve been taking my dog to them for a couple years now, to a couple different locations, and every experience is smooth, informative, and calm. You can tell they’re actually invested in the care of your pet and not just trying to make money off you. Regardless of the issue, they always do an excellent job of explaining the problem and going into detail on what your options are. Taking your pet to the vet can be very stressful but every time I leave Sploot my dog and I feel better. On top of that, every one of the staff members are extremely friendly and genuinely love animals. So much so my dog actually enjoys going to the vet. If giving ten stars was an option I’d do so without hesitation. Everyone at Sploot is amazing and I am so grateful to have a vet I trust.

Bowie has been going to Sploot since he was a puppy. From neutering, to annual checkups, he receives the best care here and the vet techs and vets treat him like he is one of their own. After 3 sleepless nights with a sick dog, I took him in and they immediately provided amazing care and helped him feel so much better. So grateful for Sploot! They have so many locations throughout Denver, so it was easy to get a morning appointment for my sick boy.

Once again, Sploot for the win! Their vets, tech, and staff are so friendly and so helpful. I’ve never had a dog be excited to go to the vet! They are thorough, and both times I have been there the vets immediately get down on the floor to establish a relationship with my dog, putting her right at ease. I love that they discuss all options and pricing with me upfront so there are no surprises and a care plan can be made. The many different kinds of dog treats in the room and free toys sealed the deal for my dog. I would give them 10 stars if I could! She gives it two paws up!

Such an amazing staff and pet care clinic!! They were able to see us right away. Everyone was so kind and gentle with my easily frightened fur baby. They made us feel extremely safe and even provided some treats for her! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We will be returning!
