Overall, I am extremely impressed with the level of care and attention Legacy receives. The admin staff is professional and always willing to assist, Technicians and Dr. Buffington are amazing explaining treatment plans and conducting follow ups. I love the innovative app with automated notifications. I would highly recommend this pet clinic to anyone looking for quality veterinary care.

3/17/25 Axel came back for a recheck and had another great vet tech, Robert. He was so thorough and efficient yet very loving to Axel. As always, seeing Dr. Kitt is a treat for Axel and me! The processes at Stonebrook are so awesome… no waiting, no trying to pay and schedule next appointment at front desk while trying to hang on to your dog. Very impressed!

Today was my dog, Axel’s first visit to this clinic. So impressed! The clinic is super clean. The exam room was very comfortable. We saw Dr. Kitt, a relief vet who’s been Axel’s vet for almost 10 years. She’s simply amazing! The entire staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to vet tech, Laura. She was super loving to Axel; he had no fear and his tail wagged the entire time. Extra bonus: they aren’t owned by a corporation!! Highly recommend!

Dr. B has so much knowledge and he really helped us today by putting our minds at ease about our baby. We had previously seen another vet who wanted to immediately do surgery on our baby without discussing all of our options. I’m happy we came to Dr. B for a second opinion today. I feel like a weight has been lifted and we now have a game plan in place. I also want to mention Bailey who was our vet tech. She is the sweetest thing and made us and our baby feel really special today. True customer service and quite efficient! She is an example of what customer service should look like in all places of business. Thank you Dr. B! Thank you Bailey!

I called on Monday (3/17) to make an appointment about possible next steps for our dog and her decline due to cancer. That phone call alone was met with so much compassion and understanding, I felt such a relief having made the call.
Our appointment was the next day and again we were greeted with the same compassion and understanding.
We went to the room and in came Dr. Buffington, there was so much goodness, grace, patience, and sympathy as he talked to us about those next steps.
They made us feel as if we were the only people that mattered at that exact moment.
Their kindness as we talked and discussed will not be forgotten.

We've been bringing our pets to Stonebrook for 30+ years. Dr. Buffington and his staff are consistently kind and attentive to not only the puppies' needs, but also their quirkiness. The pups actually like going to the vet, whether it's for annual visits, grooming, boarding, or even surgery. We wouldn't trust our pets to anyone else!

Have been dealing with Dr. Buffington and his staff for over 20 years, treating our golden retriever's and now a Golden doodle. . Can not say enough good thing about his practice. I highly recommend them to y'all. Give them a chance, you will not be disappointed.
