Son magníficos profesionales y maravillosas personas. Tristemente fue demasiado tarde para mi pequeña pero sé sin asomo de duda que hicieron todo cuanto pudieron por ella. No solo cuidaron maravillosamente de ella sino que mostraron una increíble empatía y comprensión con nosotros a través de todo el proceso, incluso después de que mi gatina Alice por fin descansara. Pese a la amargura de perder a una mascota tan querida por mí tengo el consuelo de que estuvo bien cuidada y tratada con todos los recursos que tenían a su alcance.

It wasn’t the outcome I wanted, but the vet & vet techs at this hospital were so kind & caring when I brought in my sick elderly cat. We talked options & decided that euthanasia was the “best” option - and truly, any pet owner knows it’s not the best option, but sometimes it’s the option that leads to the least amount of pain and suffering.

Everyone involved was so empathic & kind throughout the whole process. Many tears were shed while my family & I made the tough decision to put down our family cat of 15 years. I never once was made to feel embarrassed by staff. We were able to hold our cat and say goodbye to her in peace. It was truly the most I could have asked from the veterinarian, vet techs, and even the front desk staff.

The pet memorial service that they work with was incredibly kind,
as well. They sent our beloved cat’s ashes in a beautiful urn along with a necklace with her name printed on it, as well as a pamphlet for grief counseling.

Cannot recommend this hospital enough. Unfortunately, this instance was not the first time I’ve had to euthanize a beloved family pet. But I’ve had bad experiences at other vet hospitals, and my experience here was painted by the most kind & most empathetic vet staff I have ever worked with.

Thank you to the staff for making such a difficult process, a bit easier. ❤️

If I could give 0 stars I would. We took in our boy Bear in hopes for help. They took him to the back and came out and told us he was in critical condition and needed further testing. Probably surgery. He was supposedly an emergency case because he was so critical. But with no money up front you will get no help. They had us making decisions to put our boy down, nurse came in and said if we wanted to cremate and if we wanted his ashes back we could get them for an added fee to the already outrageous fee they put in front of us. I told them to bring me out boy and that we were going to take him to a vet who was willing to work with us to save him. They brought him out and we actually took him home. They charged us for their services of doing nothing but an ultrasound and we paid it and left. My 11 year old son left with hope that our boy would be fine, he told me…. Mom, God has a plan. And my son was right, we got home and he was already walking again. Made it thru the night when we were told he wasn’t gonna make it…. Next day he was weak but eyes alert and tail wagging. 🙌🏼 as I look at him now my gut gets twisted knowing that they were pressing us to put him down because he was in such critical condition. We would have had an urn full of ashes if we would have caved. 🥺😫😠
I’m not leaving this review to turn my nose up at this establishment but to raise awareness to them to have a bit more compassion and wiggle room to work with families who are in dire need and another reason I am sharing is to give our God all the glory!!!! Our boy is happy as can be and back to his normal self. Glory to God! 🙌🏼🙏🏼❤️

Staff was great and caring. My only complaint is the extremely high cost for services. If you bring your very sick furry baby in, expect a first day bill of close to $10 grand, and minimum of about $20 grand to try saving your baby. Had to decide to euthanize my 2 or old GSD because of the proposed expense without good prospect for recovery. I loved the people who cared but be warned if you are not made of money.

Could do better! First let me say my experience inside the emergency clinic was as good as I could have expected. The staff was nice the emergency vet was knowledgeable. The whole process went by quickly. The parts that I am not happy with 1. The receptionist that answers the phone dropped the ball 2 times for us. I needed an appointment and no call back after hours of waiting I called again. Then on another occasion I need to book a neurologist appointment which I wanted to begin with but the clinic wouldn't allow us to go straight to the neurologist appointment without first seeing the emergency room vet. Wasting precious time and more money. Why not allow us the option to skip the emergency room vet and go see the neurologist that I was already told by my local vet to go see? Now I need to see 3 vets before my dog can get help that is completely paralyzed on his hind legs and unable to control his bowels movements
Do better Y'all! Make it easier on our pet and pet owners on what is already a super stressful situation.

Dr. Novasad and Team were phenomenal in the care of my sweet Charlie. I couldn’t be more grateful.
I didn’t expect us to make it as long as we did with such a great quality of life. Dr. Novasad was patient, and always took the time to explain and answer my questions.
