I had to go here to do one of the most dreaded things that an animal lover can do, I had to put my best friend to sleep, it wasn't easy, but the staff was very kind, allowed us to stay with my dog as long as we needed to. They made a lousy experience be tolerable.

Great place great staff and best docs around! They are the truth they tell you what’s going on and they get the job done correctly and make sure it goes well! My English is not the best because I learned no to long ago but I love this place and thank you so much Barbara for helping my puppy gets better I will come to you all the time!

By far the worst experience ever. Besides rising costs I waited over 40 minutes to see a vet after my appointment time. The assistant was rude and they were in no way considerate of my asks. I have never had my dog take to the back for simple vaccines. She was clearly distressed after sitting for 40minutes. When I stated I wanted to be with her the assistant went to the back and did not come back for over 5 more minutes .Its clear this place is a money grab. It never used to be this way. It’s a shame. Glad I walked out.

Update: the response below is clearly auto generated. I reached out and got no response. Glad I took my pet elsewhere. I urge people to try other non corporate Vets. I went elsewhere and my cost was half of this old run down place. Go somewhere where your pets are truly cared for.

All I can say is THANK YOU !! Such an amazing experience with Dr Biestry and staff. They saved my babies life not once but twice. The most compassionate Dr I know. He directed me to the best places, called to check up on my Loki, and acted like it was his own baby. It's so so hard to find a good vet nowadays. But please don't hesitate to call and have him take care of your babies! You won't be disappointed I. Anyway!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO EACH AND EVERYDAY!!

My feelings on this place had been changing and unfortunately it took the death of my dog to solidify that I won’t be going back for future pets. My pet died of pneumonia at VCMLI after an amputation surgery. VCA must have been notified and my dog was immediately deleted from my VCA app like she was nothing. I wanted to go on a save some receipts. Is this how animals are viewed by VCA once they die? Deleted within minutes? Really sad

Update: because I left a bad review my records have now been held hostage by this vet. They won’t talk to me or give me any information as per corporate. Steer clear of this place by all means. Horrible!

Best vets and vet techs around. Always do a great job of making the pets feel comfortable. Always make you feel good about their treatment plans and options for keeping your pet healthy. You can tell they do it for the love of animals and not just for a paycheck.

At this point, I single handedly (and pawed) have probably paid a good portion of Dr. Betts student loans as he is our favorite vet for our fur babies! His kindness, compassion, and loving nature makes each visit feel comfortable. Additionally, his knowledge is mind blowing, far too in depth for my little brain to grasp, but he breaks it down so I can understand. Dr. Betts demonstrates patience with my fur babies as well as with me and my very anxious presentation. Most recently he helped me with the most devastating decision to put my little guinea piggy to sleep after a losing battle with a mass. Dr. Betts and hospital manager Alexis very patiently waited until it was time, giving me time to spend with my baby and time for him to finish eating his carrot. Dr. Betts, Alexis and the rest of the involved staff gave my guinea pig love and support, holding his paw and even following very strict request for his casket arrangements. They saved My Boo Boo. We found some bad tumors and they took care of it. The lady with the blonde hair was super friendly and took her time explaining the post surgery care, which I really appreciated.

The Wrestling dog Boo Boo is going to be just fine!

Updated: Although we spent a lot of $$ and her tumors came back bigger only 30 days later... we understood that could happen and we're not upset at the Vet. That's the risk with mammory tumors.

Boo Boo's still feeling great and not in pain yet. But we know there's nothing more anyone can do. She's going to live her best life and we'll see you all again when it's time for Boo Boo to go over the rainbow bridge as they say...
