My prescription was never delivered and a sweet woman named Caroline jumped through so many hoops with my doctor’s office and with FedEx to make sure I got my package!
I was fine to let it go and assured her I knew it was no one’s fault it got lost but she was determined to make sure the problem was resolved! Truly went out of her way and followed up with me consistently with updates.
I’m really happy with the customer service and glad I ended up with what I needed in the end thanks to Caroline’s help!

Purchased compounded injectable GLP-1 and was supplied needles far smaller than needed to achieve proper pharmacological benefits. We wasted around $2,000. When we realized the syringes were the issue, we reached out to Sweet Grass (weeks ago) via email and never heard back from them. Compounds are often the only way people can afford some of these medications, and I realize some people may be desperate, but buyer beware! Do ALL the research on compounded medications and make sure the syringe supplied matches what the CDC or your medical professional recommends for subcutaneous injections.

Whenever my physicians call in a prescription to Sweetgrass, they fill the prescription immediately. They also notify me that the prescription is ready for pick up. Their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend Sweetgrass and their manager , Kailey Clark, to anyone looking for quality customer service. A lot of people think you pay more by going to an independent pharmacy and that is not the case!

Be careful! They sell prescriptions that expire within a week or so! Worst pharmacy in the Charleston area! The staff are rude and unprofessional. Worst thing you can do is lie to a customer and not follow through with your word. This pharmacy is a thief and stealing money from honest people is unacceptable. Complaint will be filed with the Better Business Bureau!
To reply to the business comment. I was told I would receive a refund which I never received. The owner also refused to talk to me and did not reach out to me her worker did. I was then told if I did not take this comment down that they would not make it right. They tried to intimidate and be little me. I have filed a complaint with BBB on this company. This is not how you run a business! I would NOT recommend this pharmacy! Selling expired prescriptions should not be allowed and against the law! Out $65 for something that normally last 3 months but was only good for one week!

The team at Sweetgrass is amazing and takes care of our entire family. However, the significant support they provide to our medically complex special needs son humbles us as parents. Silvia is our angel on earth! She proactively chases multi level approvals, appeals and availability with sometimes daily communication surrounding life saving meds.
