Excellent experience from the start. Mouse is an elderly chihuahua in need of serious dental care. I had been to several vets for dental consultations. I chose The Vet House for a few reasons - staff is professional and kind, Dr Smothers had my trust immediately, and the price was affordable. I cannot express enough gratitude to the team at The Vet House!!! Mouse is passed out from his big day! He will be so much happier after his dental work!

I have a French Bulldog, a breed that often comes with many health issues. Our first vet did not meet my expectations as a new and nervous pet parent, so I started asking around when I'd meet other Frenchie parents at dog parks. I was referred to many places but one family with two Frenchie's recommended the Vet House with high praise so I made an appointment. The day of, my cat started having an issue that needed to be checked out. The Vet House wasn't able to fit both of my pets in last minute on a Friday afternoon (totally understandable!) but we were able to switch the appointment to my cat and I was able to quickly reschedule my dog to the following week. I took my cat in and everybody from the front desk to the back were just wonderful. Everyone was kind, caring, and I could tell they all have a passion for animals. Dr. Jaimes was fantastic and gave me great recommendations to help my cat feel better. Then I brought my dog in the next week and I was met with the same level of care and compassion. I had many questions about my dog and Dr. Jaimes was able to answer all of them and made me feel safe to move forward with having my pup neutered there (a decision I was not prepared to make until I met our new vet and determined I want to establish care at the practice). The day of the neuter came and I was so nervous to drop him off but the surgical tech talked to me and calmed my nerves. I was told the office would call me when my pup was ready to be picked up.... but I couldn't wait and I ended up calling early just to check on how he was doing. The front did not hesitate to go check for me and my call was then picked up by Dr. Smothers. She assured me that surgery went well and he was doing great. She assigned someone to specifically closely monitor him as he was reacting to the anesthesia and that made me feel very relieved. I felt he was in good hands and I really appreciated her talking me through everything. It made me feel sure that I had made the right decision to transfer my babies here.

The best vet office in town. We took our girl in 2021 and today October 8th, 2024. Took our rescued in and we still get the best service. Special to Sarah!! Excellent!!
