I had to put my dog down and they were able to get me and my dog an appointment within about 3 hrs of calling. When I went in the staff was very calm and comforting during the experience which helped me go through the difficult process of saying goodbye to my sweet boy. They allowed me to pay for everything before hand and then allowed me to stay with him until I was ready to leave and I really appreciated that as well. It cost me about $340 for both the euthanasia and to have his ashes kept. They also made a clay mold of my dog's paw print to keep so I can always remember my pup. They did their best to make a really sad experience go as smoothly as possible and for that I am glad that I chose to take my dog there.

I called in to make an appointment and gather some information concerning my dog who may be sick and they refused to give me any information and instead insisted I wait for an open appointment over a week away. I informed them that I had a puppy of 8 weeks and that I needed to know what precautions to take and what to look out for in the meantime but they continued to refuse to give any advice or guidance. Seemingly lacking any empathy or concern for the well-being of my animals therefore I most definitely will NOT be scheduling any appointments at this vet now or anytime in the future. They came across very impatient and unprofessional. I do not recommend wasting your money or risking your pets health at a vet who does not care.

I can't say enough great things about the staff of the Meadow Hills veterinary clinic. In a great time of need for my beautiful dog they came through when my regular vet declined to see us. They saw my dog immediately when I told them the circumstances. We weren't regular patients there but they took the time! A tragic day for my GSH when her leg broke from just turning in the yard because of having osteosarcoma that was found at this appointment. I'll never forget the kindness from the front door to the assisting that was necessary to send my angel back to the Good Lord!

I would just like to say one huge thank you to the staff here! Not only where the girls amazingly kind here but they helped me with one of the hardest things I had to do today. Today I had to make a super hard decision on putting a cat down. It is a neighborhood cat that has been feed by my family for 3 years. She was super sick and showing signs of not making it much longer. So during this whole covid thing I though I would never get an appointment at 725 pm on a Monday. So crying I started to call around to see who was open and thankfully they where. I am so great full that they could get me in so fast and my cat seen and put out of pain so fast. Thank you again!

Best place to take your pet. The people there are amazing. They love every animal and their knowledge is incredible. I wont go anywhere else. My dog loves going here whether it's a check up or he is sick, it doesn't matter.

Once again, in my hour of need....the staff here came thru for me! They are kind, understanding and knowledgeable...I won't take my pets anywhere else unless it is an emergency and I am out of town. Some people say it costs more, I don't really think so....they are priced competitively and their service and expertise accompanied by such caring personalities are worth it.

This is a full service vet office. They even do boarding. I trust my cats being in their care. Dr. Gerds is a fantastic doctor. She puts the animals needs above humans. My cats had been dewormed, vaccinated, blood tested, microchiped, teeth extracted, boarded & I have been provided excellent tools & resources to change my kittens behavior. It's the 1st place I tried & I'm glad I did. They have pet packages so you can save money too!

Knowledgable, friendly Doctors and staff. After going to 2 other Vetrinarians about my little girls IVDD diagnosis they... Meadow Hills Vet. made us feel so much better and they gave us information on the what and how's during the conservative crating process. Others just said if you can't have the surgery then you'll just have to give her medicines and take her home and crate her. No information was given other than that. It was very scary to us since we had no idea of what we were doing. After our visit we felt so much more hopeful! Thank you...our little girl is alive and if she doesn't regain the use of her legs they let us know she can lead a somewhat normal life...better than the other negative responses we got from other places.
