We are from out of state, and they got us right in. The entire staff was very helpful. My wife's cat wasn't feeling well, and they took very good care of her. Prescribed some meds to get her feeling better and recommend a long-term solution. My wife left very satisfied.

Today (7/2/24) was my Howie’s second visit to Timberlane Pet Hospital & Resort. Dr. Christy Layton and Vet Tech Kaitlyn Glover took fantastic care of Howie on his first visit when he had an ear infection. Antibiotic, ear mousse and a cleaning helped him get better. Today was the follow-up to ensure Howie had healed well. Howie’s doing great according to Dr. Layton and has healed very well. She provided me with an ear cleaner packet with instructions to keep moisture from building up in Howie’s ears. VT Kaitlyn gave it to me and gave me a synopsis of the instructions which was great! I’m very happy with the change I made over to Timberlane!! Howie actually enjoyed being at the vet today!! Thank you Ladies!!!

Thank you for being so gentle with my babies. I absolutely loved how you made them feel comfortable and relaxed by getting on the floor with them, petting, and talking to them with gentle voices. Usually, vets are like assembly lines, pretty much like our doctors offices. My pets are like my children and I only want what is best for them. What I can't do and provide for myself, I expect for them to have a doctor to fill in where I can't. If this is the continuous care they will be getting, I will be moving my other animals there as well.
My 3 pups got a thorough exam. The reason they were there was approached and explained very well. It's been 3 days and the medication has already started working and I have 3 happy pups again. I would recommend Timberlane just from what I experienced having one visit with my pups and one visit with my daughter inlaw and one of her pets. I truly believe they have our pets, in their best interests.

This place is amazing! My previous vet was sold and the new owners made it very difficult. I switched to Timberlane and I have never been so happy with a vet! They take their time and are so amazing with my pup. She gets so excited to see everyone when we go there! They also dont cost a million dollars VERY reasonable. Will never go anywhere else!

Dr. Chaney and Brittany were absolutely wonderful today during Frannies visit! The reception staff was also very friendly at check in and check out. The practice is clean, efficient and prices are fantastic. Would definitely recommend this practice!

I've been seeing Dr. Chaney since I moved to Plant City in early 2024. Every experience has been wonderful- from check in to check out. I always leave feeling like my dog was their top priority and they love on him like he's their own. They are also very up front and clear about cost. I couldn't have found a better Vet! Thank you all for what you do.

This is our Forever Vet no questions about it. Dr. Christy Layton is wonderful!! She's always professional and her "pet" side manner is just fantastic. Out dogs love her. Let me say that again folks, our DOGS LOVE HER. They're not afraid to go to the vet, they get excited to go and are instantly happy to see her. Now on a serious note: We just recently had to say goodbye to our beloved Sydney dog. The entire staff was so wonderful through all the visits, the treatments, the endless questions, the final arrangements, and especially the euthanization process. Our beloved Sydeny went peacefully surrounded by people that truly care and love her just as much as we do. They made the hardest moment of our lives bearable, calm, peaceful, and tender. Patti Leonard at the front desk is a Doll and a blessing to have support our needs. She talked us through everything from beginning to end with compassion, sympathy, and understanding. Chelsea Gorham assisted Dr Layton with practice and ease, keeping Sydney calm and relaxed. Words can't express our gratitude. The only thing I can do for them is leave this review and let everyone else know of our experience. Our dogs have been treated by Dr Layton and her team from day one to the last and we couldn't have provided better care for our furry family members. My puppy Lares comes back super happy and anxiety free from this daycare. He’s boarded here too and he got the best care when he had some stool problems. Everyone loves him and he does feel extra loved there!! I’m glad they have daycare packages and how kind and understanding staff is ☺️
