Hoy acudí con una Emergencia a esta clínica recomendada por otra clínica y tuve muy malas experiencias en cuanto al trato y al servicio en este lugar, el personal poco atento e insensible

Although it was years ago they were terrible. Did not give my dog enough pain meds after her spay and she was in immense pain trying to lift her into my car and they neglected her. When picked her up she had dried up vomit all inside her cone. She had been throwing up and nobody had noticed or even bothered cleaning it up before I picked her up. They didn’t give a crap about my dog.

We are visiting from out of town and my Rottweiler was suffering from an ear infection. Town & Country Animal Hospital made it quick and easy to be seen as a new patient. My dog is VERY difficult at the vet and they handled him extremely well. Dr. Jane was great. She asked so many important questions about my dog's overall well being, even though we were there for an ear infection. Highly recommend their veterinary services!

My dog is my baby and they treat her with the same love I give to her. That is very important to me. Dr. Jane is always ready to answer questions and give advice. I use their grooming service right next door also and I have been very pleased. So convenient and her groomer, Devon, loves her almost as much as I do. My entire street takes their pets here. Just like extended family.

We were told about this vet by a family member, and they really surpassed our ur expectations. The staff is so friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. I really appreciate that they take the time to fully & thoroughly answer as many questions as you have. Dr Jane and Dr Carver are the most caring veterinary's in Naples. They have been taking care of my two beagles, Kelly and Gigi for the past two years. Unfortunately Kelly Passed this year. My little Gigi has cushings desease, and right now off the medication and in remission. They follow up with updates, and let you know the best route to go. The Staff are caring and polite. The hospital is spotless. Everyone that had any animal should go here and have the best care.
