I've been ordering from Town & Country for just about a year, and they have been a pleasure to work with! It is easy to get in contact with a representative, and they are always very helpful and professional during transactions and when answering questions. Medication ships quickly and is packaged well, and tracking information is provided promptly. April was incredibly kind and patient when helping me resolve an issue with my most recent shipment and I am extremely appreciative!

T&C is a gem! It's that simple. Here's why: The staff was very knowledgeable pertaining to the unique compound needed, which can come in many different forms. They were the first pharmacy I've used that knew every detail, saving me from the frustrating game of "telephone" I typically endure elsewhere. Their website also has a plethora of genuinely helpful resources that you rarely see elsewhere. I was able to answer most of my questions directly on the website. Very educational!

The staff/team are friendly and professional over the phone when you do contact them. Great communication via automated texts as well. Turn around time is pretty good and shipping is fast and reliable. (via msgr service).

Overall, T&C is a top quality establishment-- I'd even say a real leader in the tri-state area (having experience with at least 5 other compounding pharmacies in the area with mixed and inconsistent results) and thus, as one should expect, their service does come at a premium price if the script is not covered by insurance. It's worth it IMHO, but be sure to get an estimate first so you know what to expect. Great team! Thanks T&C!

I am a new patient and was not sure what should be expected.
I have been Very satisfied with the entire experience from the first phone call I received. They have explained everything and answered every question I had.
They say 2 day delivery with FEDEX, but unfortunately, they can not control FEDEX delivering on time. It is No fault of theirs.
I called again and spoke with April to let her know that it did not arrive when it should, I do not y kink it should reflect on the pharmacy and as no surprise, she was Fantastic handling everything I called about.
I will recommend this company to Anyone ! Thank you

Town and Country compounding pharmacy and its staff is amazing. Jari is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I benefitted greatly from attending one of her monthly informational sessions. I had been using a different pharmacy in the county and I’m so much happier with the service and consistency at T&C.

I was recommended to this pharmacy by a previous Physician of mine named "Dr. Puri" at RelievUs in Philadelphia who since relocated (no idea where). The Pharmacy staff are ALWAYS so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous over the phone. They are very efficient also. When there is an issue they are on it and try to solve the problem quickly with the patient's Doctors and the patient if no success. I LOVE the text option to request my medication. This pharmacy overall is on point amd does a FANTASTIC JOB! KUDOS and keep up the great work to ALL the staff!!! I live no where near the pharmacy and always get my med on time which is usually overnight. I think my compounded LDN medication for my Fibromyalgia is cost effective and the best price around for a 90 day supply. I also love the fact that the delivery charge has not gone up.
