I had a great experience at University Animal Clinic when I brought my dog in for treatment of double ear infections. We were given an immediate appointment as soon as I called, which I really appreciated since my dog was clearly uncomfortable. The entire staff was wonderful—Erica was especially helpful, the doctor was friendly and informative, and the receptionist was warm and welcoming. The office was clean and organized, which added to the overall positive experience. I’m so grateful for the care George received and highly recommend this clinic to other pet owners!

My little boy Bruce and I love Dr Sara and everyone at University Animal Clinic! Bruce has been a patient of Dr Sara and her team for over a year and has always had top notch care. This office is hands down THE best! Front staff is caring and friendly. All of the vets and techs are kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. Sam is an incredible exotics vet and has been treating my leopard tortoise for almost 2 years. Their appointments are flexible and they even have a drop off service so your pet can be seen. Highly, highly recommend this office to anyone who wants to be treated like family. (I also have 3 cats that get seen here)

Excellent service, convenient scheduling, friendly staff! Dr. Sam was so sweet, thorough, and took great care of my crazy Amazon bird. Ray is a bird whisperer! He handled my bird like he had known him all his life! Everyone was so gentle and calming. I highly recommend University Animal Clinic to anyone who wants gentle, caring, friendly, and thorough care for their fur or feathered babies!!

Our seven month old Shih Tzu, Gigi, had an emergency eye issue, and our local vet was closed being a Saturday! We called University Animal Clinic and the girls were so sweet and friendly and got us in for an appointment with Dr. Sara. Zoe checked us in, and it was amazing to watch her and Dr. Sarah work with Gigi. There were so gentle with our tiny 3lb puppy and quickly diagnosed the problem. We were so grateful that they saw us on such short notice, treated us so kindly, and we’re so professional throughout the entire process!

I cannot say enough about the kind, compassionate, excellent care our dog, Maggie, receive from Dr. Lexi and her vet tech, Lacey! When I carried a limp Maggie into the clinic thinking there was no way we were going to be taking her home alive, the front desk was so kind and assured us we'd be called back quickly. Lacey took us back to an exam room and was so kind as she took Maggie's temp and explained to us amid our tears that she would take Maggie for some lab work. She came back a couple of times to give us updates on what was happening and that Maggie was comfortable. Shortly later, Dr. Lexi came in and explained what needed to be done to see what was going on with Maggie. She explained our options in detail and offered to keep her for the afternoon for hydration and pain control.
We were shocked when we came back at 5:30pm, expecting the worst, to see Maggie walk out to us! She was still weak as we spoke again with Lacey who walked us through home-care with her.
The next morning, I had a wonderful call from Dr. Lexi calling to check on Maggie and to give us further results and the prognosis. She was a great listener and offered such kind and understanding responses.
These two amazing ladies are a fantastic team! I was so impressed by their compassion and professionalism!
Today, less than 2 weeks later, Maggie is swimming and playing Frisbee like nothing ever happened! I'm so very grateful to these wonderful women!

Staff made us feel very comfortable with Buster. Dr.Sam listened to all our concerns and explained everything happening very well. Glad to find a new exotic doctor since we went to BluePearl and our doctor left that office. It’s very hard to find a local exotic vet that has experience with Chinchillas and looks like we found one with Dr.Sam
