GREAT TEAM! It is hard to find a vet like Dr Chan in NYC. Monique and the front desk staff are so friendly. Not to mention, their pricing is affordable. Our Corgi loves his new vet, and he’s been to at least three different practices over the years.

Dr Zola and Dr Chan are fantastic Vets. But they cannot do it alone. The support staff at University Animal Hospital are also experienced but more important, totally full of love and they really care. For 12 and half years they have given that care to my tea cup poodle Roxy. i can only say thank you for everything you still do for her. Jonathan and Francine Rich

My dog had a big surgery recently and everything went well and easy as possible. Starting from pre - surgery appointment all the way till we made it home. We were explained everything beforehand and left with very clear instructions after. The staff called us to check on things and answered all the questions. And our surgeon, anesthesiologist, the nurse were great and attentive.

They are great with travel paperwork! We are traveling a lot and they are so so helpful.
Sandy is shy and very timid but they make sure she is not stressing.
Dr Chan is amazing helping to deal with Sandy’s allergies.
Can’t recommend enough! Wonderful staff.

This place is extremely overpriced. They want to charge $165 for checking my dog's blood pressure. I would avoid this hospital if you can.

It's crazy that the vet responded, avoiding the actual problem - charging extremely overprice for a simple service and saying my complaint is irrelevant. Of course I'm not going to use a service that robs its patients. Judge for yourself whether or not you want to use a vet like this.

Came across this clinic because I needed to travel with my fur baby. Front desk was super helpful and Bianca did an amazing job assisting me with my travel papers. Will recommend
