Their facility is modern and well-maintained, reflecting the high level of care they provide. The veterinarians and technicians are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and ensuring Theo receives the best treatment possible.

Theo, who can sometimes be a bit anxious, feels comfortable and at ease during every visit, which speaks volumes about their gentle and professional approach. I’m so grateful to have found this office when I moved to Denver! I’ve been taking my dog, Brady, here since 2017 and they have been spectacular this whole time. The staff is communicative, friendly, and dependable. The facility is lovely and clean. The last couple of years we’ve been seeing Dr. Justine Barone and she’s extraordinary. She is very comprehensive in her exams and takes her time addressing concerns. On multiple occasions she has followed up with me outside of our appointment times regarding things we have discussed. She is also mindful of costs and tries to keep expenses down where it’s possible to do so. I wish I could get even half that much care from my own healthcare providers!
UVC is a private practice operating in an increasingly hostile environment for vet medicine. Despite rising operating costs and staffing shortages they have continued to operate with an exceptional level of care. I trust them whole-heartedly and am so thankful to have found them!

My senior dog Paisley unfortunately passed away and Urban Vet was absolutely incredible throughout the process. From the time I called to schedule the appointment, they handled the situation with such empathy and compassion. The entire team made the appointment very intimate and special. Not too long after, I received a sympathy card from the staff, which truly meant so much that they went the extra mile from start to finish. I can’t thank the team enough for the care and compassion they showed both me and Paisley during a very challenging day and time.

Best vet ever - I wish I could find a doctor for myself as good as these guys are for my dog. They are responsive, always can get my dog in for an appointment, super friendly staff, call you after to make sure your dog is doing good and all around great customer service. Seriously, it's a joy every time I come here and can't recommend them enough!

Excellent experience! Despite something going wrong with the system and my appointment not showing up they were still able to see me and my cat, greatly appreciate it and will certainly be back! The facility is well kept and the staff is extremely nice. You can tell they genuinely care about your animal!

Dr. Becky Graf is beyond amazing. She is extremely intelligent and knows that every pet or companion is different and treats you and meets you at your pets level. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and truly makes you feel confident in every decision you have to make for your pet. I’ve never trusted someone so much with my pets life as I do with her. I feel so lucky to have found her and would recommend her 100000 times over and over for any new pet parents out there that are unsure about finding a new vet.

i really love urban vet care! my pup developed a huge fear of the vet and they are SO kind to her. i bring in her bed and blankets and she has started feeling a lot more comfortable with the same vet seeing us each time. they give her a frozen peanut butter pop to lick on while we are in appointments. they also help me so much via the phone and email which helps karoo to not have to come in when she doesn’t really need to. i trust that they give me the proper advice and treatment plans - they give me a lot of info so i can decide what’s best for my doggo.
