The doctor's performed surgery for Linear obstruction on my kitty, Prince & They saved his life. URvet didn't charge me a dime for this surgery which other wise I wouldn't have been able to afford. God Bless the Doctors at URvet! I'am forever grateful to them.

Both times I’ve brought my cat in, she’s left shaking, distressed and with clumps of fur coming out. The staff is unable to finish the job to be done each time and blames it on my cat’s behavior. We’ve never had problem with our prior vet so this feels more like a lack of care / training problem. Especially considering the staffs attitude at each interaction. They also don’t help you feel at ease that they’re taking your pet to the back without you or that they know what they are doing. When I brought my cat in for the second appointment, the receptionist asked me why I was having this procedure done for my cat because she’s only heard of it for dogs () . Would not recommend this practice. Going back to our previous vet who is more competent and caring.

Edit: we have had the procedure done with another vet. She required no medication and she badly needed this procedure done. Shame on the URvet care staff for being unable to execute this the day we had it scheduled. Also- we got bloodwork done here for my cat in March. The vet told us she’s fine. 7 months later, we had another vet look at it and he said it shows stage II kidney disease. don’t waste your precious time providing the right care to your pet by coming to URvet care. I couldn’t recommend anyone more strongly to not go here.

Wonderful experience. I brought in a stray kitten that I had found and Dr. Cortes, with the help of Ambar and Gianmarco, got him all squared away after midnight on a Sunday night. Highly recommend. Also Lizeth, client services coordinator, was lovely to talk to when the pros were treating my new kitten. Bring your pets here!

I can’t recommend URVET enough! My cat’s health was deteriorating quickly, and their help was invaluable. The vet saw Maggie right away and in addition to a physical, supported her with fluids, antibiotic and nausea meds until bloods came back. Their attention was prompt and professional- I would highly recommend their practice. Five stars for URvet!!!!

I really wanted URVet to be our go-to vet since it’s so close to us, but the experience has been disappointing. The vets, especially Dr. Lopez and Dr. Revelas, are great, but the front desk and operations need serious improvement.

In the last two appointments, we waited over 30 minutes, only to be told walk-ins and emergencies take priority over scheduled appointments. This shows poor staffing and scheduling to another reviewers point...

The front desk staff is consistently disorganized and lacks clear, effective communication. Client satisfaction does not seem like a priority for them. As an example, just last week, they failed to return my call about an emergency visit, which pushed me to switch to VetCierge with Dr. Jeremy Lavine—highly recommend!

I won’t return to URVet unless it’s my last resort. 2 starts because the vets and techs are great.

I brought in my anxious, pile-of-wrinkles English bulldog Scarlet, today, and we were welcomed with a warm “That must be Scarlet!” The staff went out of their way to make her feel at ease, even offering her water twice during our short visit. The doctor and vet tech were very knowledgeable, and I feel completely confident in their diagnosis and care plan. Highly recommend this clinic—thank you for taking such great care of Scarlet!

Took my dog in for an urgent care visit, and it’s soooo much cheaper than Atlanta prices😅! The place was so cute and they let the animals on the couches because they are nervous too. They got me in and out as quickly as they could during my lunch break. So nice and were able to clearly explain what each step and medicine was for. Highly knowledgeable!

Worst Vet Ever! STAY AWAY. Find a real vet.

This place is nothing more than an overpriced doc-in-the-box. I brought my dog to their 24/7 Midtown location for an emergency bladder stone blockage, and they charged over $800 just for X-rays—absolutely absurd. They didn’t even show me the scans until I specifically asked to see them. Then, without much discussion, they pushed for an invasive three-day hospital stay and surgery, quoting $10,000 for the procedure.

When I asked to review the $800 X-rays with the vet, he looked half-asleep and even pulled away when my dog tried to give him kisses. Thank God I’m a nurse, because I could immediately tell these people were scammers. When I challenged his medical judgment, he suddenly admitted that the stone might pass on its own and that surgery wasn’t urgent. That was enough for us—we didn’t trust them and left.

On our way home, the CEO himself called me, demanding, “I don’t know why you left. Your dog’s kidneys will shut down without the surgery. You need to return right now.” This man has zero veterinary education - just a finance bro trying to scare me into paying his business’s rent with an overpriced surgery. When I refused, he hounded me with two more phone calls—at 4 AM. BLOCKED.

Thankfully, we did our research and didn’t let them pressure us. We found a local, family-owned vet who performed the surgery our dog actually needed. Guess the price? Less than $3,000.Oh, and unlike URVet, they actually love animals.

We later learned that URVet has a reputation for scamming people—and we believe it. DO NOT TRUST URVET. No CEO or COO should exploit sick animals and their owners for profit. SHAME ON YOU!
