All of the staff were fantastic. Our 13-year-old jrt beagle mix Mia was at the end of her time. We did not know it until we brought her there. They very quickly found her stomach was full of blood. We are farmers so we are used to animal death but this was a family member inside pet dog that brightened up every room she was in. No one ever forgot Mia and she was the only dog that my Mom ever held or petted. She was the dog that people learn to love that were scared of dogs. We just got the nicest card from the Vet office. I can't believe Tyler remembered we were going to place her on the the hill by our house. She's resting peacefully out there. For emergency vet services, yes, there is a $500 upfront fee but that is you're going to run past that if your pet has a bad problem after hours, you're going to pay more than that anyway. Their services were super professional, good medical detail fast, sensitive advice, caring, loving gentle. Everything you could want. I hope we never have the circumstance to see them again and can see our regular vet in Madison, Florida. But with an emergency, it's awesome to know that these caring people are there after hours.

I had to take my dog in tonight around 6 after her regular vet wouldn’t see her this afternoon, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place! From checking in, to being seen, everyone was amazing. Dr Hall was the “relief” doctor tonight and he was absolutely fantastic! This was my first time using them and I hope we never have another emergent visit but if we do, we will be going here!

I’ve had to bring my boy Sam here twice for Pancreatitis/GI issues and had great experiences both times. After calling, they were prompt to put me down to come in ASAP. Once there, they always took care of Sam as if he were their own, which eased my worries so much! They always let me know of any treatment updates along the way while he was there, and were always transparent about cost and available options. All of the staff are so pleasant to talk to as well! Grateful to have a good 24 hour option available nearby in case of emergencies.

My cat went in on a Saturday and stayed until Tuesday. She was to have a test run Tuesday at 10 am we were anxiously waiting because it would determine if she would make it. I called at 11:15 to get results. The test had not been done yet. Was told it would be done immediately. I drove 45 minutes there and it still hasn't been done and they were scrambling to do it because I showed up unannounced. We visited everyday and she was always covered in feces and we would clean her. I transferred her to my vet who requested her records Tuesday evening. My vet couldn't get a response from them so they had to redo blood work. Records were finally sent over on Friday. She was critical and treated with no urgency.

When I called to see about bringing my cat in, because she was very sick, barely moving, I was told there was a $500 deposit before they would even take her in the back. When I asked why so much, my regular vet didn't charge that much for a visit without an appointment. This woman said, because we can. NEVER TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE. They are more concerned with making money then taking care of your love one's.

Came in yesterday with my dog who passed away from getting hit by a moving truck. They didn’t do much to save our dog although I’m understanding they could not do much, but they showed lack of urgency. These people were not empathetic or understanding. While distressed and emotional not knowing if our baby had a chance or not we were constantly reminded to pay for what we thought was intake for our dog, instead we were paying for his cremation and weren’t told until after. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE LOSING YOUR PET THEY WILL SHOW NO COMPASSION.

I cannot say enough kind things about this vet office. I recently had an emergency with my fur baby, and she was very sick. While euthanasia was recommended due to the severity of her illness, the vet answered all of my questions and listened to my feelings on the issue. Within 24 hours it became apparent that I would have to choose to euthanize my sweet kitty, and the staff was so kind and understanding during this difficult time. Everyone on staff is wonderful and compassionate, and I highly recommend this establishment.
