I can't recommend this place enough. The vet is not only great with our pets, but so is the staff - the whole place has a very small town feel, in the best way! We had lost faith in other places around DFW being bought out and prices skyrocketing but here the prices are very reasonable, and the level of consideration and care you receive is unmatched in my opinion. We have had two pets receive treatment here for infections, routine wellness care here, as well as one of our doggos, Scruffy, brought in to start her journey over the Rainbow Bridge and the staff and Doctor made it just the best experience it could be. Our family is so grateful for Valley View Pet Health Center, and will never take our pets anywhere else from now on.

I scheduled an appointment via phone call and they were super nice. I took my kitten in for his first vet appointment and get his shots.

Everyone was so kind and helpful. The check up and vaccinations were done quickly. 100% recommend.

The staff here is very kind and friendly. I never had any problems with the tech or front desk. They were always patient with my dog.
My dog saw two of the doctors here over the time I was taking her here. The first one, who I was told is the owner, was fine. He spent time with my dog and examined her.
After that first visit with him, my dog ended up seeing an older doctor a few times who was very disappointing. The last time I came here, I took my dog in because she had been limping and had no evident injury. This doctor did not examine her at all. He didn't palpate her leg, check her range of motion, observe her gait or anything. He just said that she probably had arthritis because of her age and prescribed an anti-inflammatory. He said she would have to take the meds for the rest of her life. I didn't feel comfortable just giving her medications for the rest of her life without a proper diagnosis, so I asked him lots of questions about it; if or when we might need to do an X-Ray, bloodwork, or how we could tell if it was an injury as opposed to arthritis. He just dismissed all of my questions and still did not do any kind of exam. I tried the meds for a few days but she did not improve. I took her to another vet for a second opinion. They examined her leg and did an x-ray so we were able to tell quickly that she had a torn ligament that needed surgery.
I can't recommend a vet that is not going to discuss all possible options for testing and treatment and at the very least do a proper exam to diagnose my pet.

Wonderful experience with Dr. C and Alex. Brought our beloved german shepherd (Gypsy) in on 2/17 for a 2nd opinion and xrays. While the news is not good, the experience with this clinic was. They were patient with us and kind to Gypsy. That's the best we could have hoped for. We will be changing to Dr. C for our other pets. Highly recommend this clinic.

Very nice vets & staff. They didn't judge me for delaying their boosters earlier in the pandemic. They've taken care of occasional sicknesses my babies have been thru. They complete very thorough verbal & physical assessments. They do not try to market any products to you, even though they have some. They put my cats at ease/trust, even with shots, which is not easy for strangers to do. They do not rush anything. My babies have not been under or over-diagnosed. Thank you, team! ♡
