El peor centro que he conocido, estuve llamando por 1 semana todos los días y son tan absurdos e incompetentes que nunca contestan, si así son no quiero imaginar que mal tratan a los animalitos, parece que no les alcanza para pagar a alguien que conteste y agenda las citas...espero que cambien de lo contrario seguirán dando el peor de los servicios al cliente. PESIMO..

I am the owner of Pet Fetch, the Ride for Pets. I had the pleasure of working with your team yesterday to coordinate transportation for Disney. The parents were very impressed with the process, as well as how well the doctors communicated with me to keep them informed. I wanted to take a moment to share my experience and say thank you to the whole team at VCA. We brought our dog in early in the morning to figure out what was going on with her. The team at VCA took great care of our dog and us with everyone from the front desk staff, the vet tech, and the vet on duty. We unfortunately had to say our goodbyes to our pup but the team here made everything very easy and comforting. It is no easy task having to say goodbye to a dog but it makes it so much easier when you have a staff around you that comforts you and makes the journey easier. Once again thank you all for everything.

We are so thankful for the wonderful staff here! Our sweet baby had a crazy Thanksgiving morning and they took such great care of him! They truly treated him like family and made us feel very welcomed. I would recommend this vet to anyone and everyone looking for genuine people!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about their neurology team!
I'm a technician who sends referrals to them all of the time and recently started taking my own pup, Rudy, to see Dr. Cross.
Everyone I've talked to from start to finish has been so nice, welcoming, knowledgeable, and informative.
The front desk (so many people and names) were all so very friendly and efficient.
Amanda, Whittney, Briana, and I'm sure other techs and assistants I didn't get names of all went out of their way to make sure Rudy was comfortable and well taken care of, and contacted me several times throughout the day with updates.
We are so extremely thankful for everyone who has helped us through his journey so far, and I will definitely keep sending pets your way!

The ophthalmology specialist team was amazing while diagnoses of my 6 month Rotty for the famous Cherry eye.
Unfortunately he will need the surgery for repair, we will be staying with this facility for the surgery as the professionals here are worth it for my furry baby.
I will be updating the review after the surgery.

We cannot say enough great things about this facility. Our first visit was in 2016 when our 12 week old puppy jumped off the couch and broke his leg. The nurses here really made the whole experience as good as it could be. They were so sweet. And since then that same pup has been back for a coupls mast cell tumor removals and other things. We’ve also brought our little girl pup who usually just have tummy issues and they take great care of her too. This place is just wonderful. I highly recommend getting your pets insurance — we have Trupanion and VCA works directly with them to get the most out of our coverage. They are the dream team!!

We cannot say enough good things about our experience here today! From the front desk personnel, to the vet techs and Dr. Smith we felt our fur baby was getting the best care possible. Even the receptionist walked away with our kitty speaking to him to calm him down & let him know it was okay. We were most likely overly worried over some constipation but never felt like our visit didn't matter or wasn't being taken care of with the utmost care. We also appreciated all of the compliments the staff gave our baby. If an emergency is to arise again, we will definitely come back!
