Very impressed with the thorough exam on my puppy. I made an appointment for a medical exam due to something that came up. They did more than I asked of them. The price was soo reasonable. Glad to have brought my puppy to tiger clinic and would trust any animal in their care.

I’ve came here for 5 years for my two cats over the years for their general care. The staff is really nice and sweet. The only problem I’ve had is when my cat started growing this growth on his paw, they had no idea what it was and my cat had to be seen three times and they didn’t know what was wrong with him. It kept growing and getting worse. They suggested that his toe would have to be amputated, but we wouldn’t know exactly what would be wrong until after they removed the mass/toe ($2000 surgery) and then they would take it to labs. Well one night it started bleeding badly so I took my cat to Horse Heaven Hills Urgent Care out in Kennewick because they recommended that. Right away the lady told me it looks like feline lung digits syndrome (tumor in the lungs) and immediately wanted to do x rays to make sure and that’s exactly what it was. My cat had a tumor in his lungs and only had 25% lung capacity and was going to die soon anyways. So if I would’ve stayed with VCA I would’ve done a $2000 surgery all for nothing. Horse Heaven Hills knew right away, and sadly even though I had to put my cat down, but it was all for the better, gave me a chance to give peace to my cat and peace to myself for paying for something expensive all for nothing. I will be going to Horse Heaven Hills for now on for my other cat to give her the best needs

My parents recently adopted a puppy, but had a couple concerns because he started coughing and sneezing shortly (few days) after bringing him home. I called VCA, spoke to Ann and she was fantastic! I was able to make an appointment quickly on my parent's behalf with Dr. Harbinson. It's been awhile since my parents have had a new pup in the house and they were so worried, but because they were able to get in within 24 hours- it put their minds at ease knowing their new family member was going to be in great hands! We appreciate VCA so much!! Thank you for all you do!

Come here to waste your money! Vista will do it better and cheaper without trying to sucker you into paying for things you don't need. Deplorable staff and a doctor named Tammy Smith who mocked me over the phone when I was already in a state of frustration. I would rather crawl over broken glass than bring my dogs here again.

I can’t recommend Dr. Harbinson and the VCA Jadwin Clinic highly enough! Over the years, Dr. Harbinson, the staff vets and technicians have provided exceptional care for my pets, including our dog, cats, guinea pig, and parakeets, each with their own unique and sometimes complex health issues. Their extensive knowledge and compassionate approach make every visit reassuring, and they always take the time to explain treatment options thoroughly. I especially appreciate the commitment to follow-ups and referrals to specialists when needed. We truly appreciate the care our pets have received at VCA Jadwin.

By far the best experience I’ve ever had with a vet clinic. The staff is extremely friendly and comforting. I feel like each and every person at VCA genuinely cares about your pet. Our dog, Goby, was neutered last week, the staff was extremely thorough and accommodating. They’ve texted me twice to check in and make sure he’s healing up nicely. The vet provides great education and advice. It’s so nice to finally find a vet clinic I can trust.
