Excellent care and amazing staff that go above and beyond make the difference. Dr. Chern, Dr. Gutierrez and Dr. Kimball all made a huge effort to help Jager out in every way possible. The assistants and techs, as well as the front desk staff are always friendly and enthusiastic. We could not ask for a better vet that really cares and puts in the effort to help make the best decisions for your pet. Thank you all for your support and kindness over the years.

I had been getting a bit of a run around with my normal vet who had just told me that my frenchie would need to have a $4000 surgery on *both* hind legs. I called VCA and they were able to schedule me for a consultation on the very same day. They got me in right away and the doctor took time to talk with us and perform the examination with us in the room. Additionally, they discovered that it wasn't actually his legs that were the problem but his back, which was very obvious in the way they were checking him out(it was almost as if the other vet hadn't really even looked at him). Although, this isn't great news, I'm relieved that we're not needing to spend nearly $10k for an unnecessary surgery. The staff at VCA was very kind and attentive, and more importantly, HONEST with us so we'll definitely be back!

By far the most comfortable I have felt to trust them with my Huskies.
The doctor gets to their eye level and makes them comfortable first. My youngest got spade here and the technician at the front desk came out to the parking lot to help me get her into my truck since I was an anxious mess.

Absolutely love this team. I have been coming here for ten years. The love they had for my dog from the team, the service and explaining everything to me, the cost (especially as my dog was very sick), and the support on her passing, has been fantastic. I took my Golden Retriever here for the first time for an ear infection and really enjoyed my visit, and so did my dog. The staff was super friendly and loved my happy Golden, and they treated her with fun care. The office was clean and organized, and it felt comfortable to be there. The medicine they sent with me cleared up her ear infection within 3 or 4 days. I liked this place so much that I'm going to switch care providers for my dog and start bringing her here from now on. Thanks guys.
