Best vet I've ever been too! Excellent, caring staff! Put me at ease when I was worried about my dog. Very thorough in examining him. Seemed to genuinely care. They will let u know up front about costs and even gave me some of the services for free! I felt blessed and privileged to be there and I left feeling at ease.

This office got my cat in for an emergency visit same day. Dr.Rodriguez was amazing, the communication from all of the staff was stellar, and they were very transparent about the care plan and pricing. Thank you all for helping my boy 💕

Ever since I took my very first puppy to a VCA clinic, I have been a faithful client of theirs. Not one of the vets, vet techs & other staff have disappointed. The absolute best care for your furry family member is what you get.
My only concern was transferring my boy's medical records from Sawmill to Northwood, but it has been taken care of. I love how friendly they are towards pet parents and our furbabies.

My girls love Dr. Bruce! They think he is a good friend. He talks to them like I do, and cuddles them if what he does causes discomfort.

Place is not for me… my dog hadn’t ate in 2 days can’t hold water, can’t walk needs help to stand and has to be carried outside so he can use the bathroom. I brought him here bc it advertised emergency services. I go in and they denied my dog services bc I wasn’t a member. When a membership becomes more important than the animals well being. That’s where I draw the line. Entirely Unethical.
