They were great from begining to end showing compassion there and they were kind and courteous. Lucy my female Rotty had a great experience. The place was clean and sanitized. There was a spot outside for the my dog to hangout. I recommend this veterinarian to all. Prices are reasonable and affordable with payment plans if need be. Easy location to get to off Hwy 2 just north Yokes grocery store about a 1/4 mile on the West side of Hwy 2. Thanks guys for the treatment you gave towards Lucy. Great job!

I brought in my 3 guinea pigs. We had had a miscommunication of pricing over the phone, so I unfortunately did not have enough money to cover the bill. They were willing to have me pay what I coukd, then contact the hospital manager to see if we could set up a payment plan. They did great with my piggies. Will definitely be going back.

The staff here are so wonderful. We visited Washington over the weekend and ended up adopting a sweet kitten from a local cat cafe but realized we would need to have her rabies vaccine certificate in order to travel with her across the border back home. I called and explained our situation and they were able to get us in the same day - they were even able to accommodate seeing us a few hours earlier than our appointment time as we had nowhere else to be before hitting the road back home. They checked in with us the next day to see how kitty was doing and made sure we were home safe. A special thank you to Dr. Sinclair, Rhead, Tamara, and Dezaray. We really felt that they cared not only for our kitten's well being, but ours too.

A very positive vet experience during a stressful situation. Great staff (reception, vet tech, and vet were all amazing). Was camping north of Priest River when my two dogs got into a fight. I had to bring one of them in due to an eye injury. The dog was not able to be seen at the vet in Newport, so I was making the drive all the way back to our regular vet west of Spokane, since I was going to have to bring the dog home anyway. I took a chance on stopping to see if they could see us as a walk in. My first impression was that the staff were very welcoming, and as concerned about my pet as I was. The receptionist checked with the vet and they confirmed their availability to see us. 15 minutes later, we were in the exam room and 5 minutes after that we saw the vet. She was very thorough and walked me through all of our options and her recommendations for treatment. The dog was able to receive minor surgery on her eye that day, and was ready to go home in the early evening. I felt the fees were quite reasonable for the situation, and our final coats were less than what the original quote was. I cannot express my gratitude more for the care my pet received and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.
