For starters, VCA is a great place to take your pet. Our vet had recently retired and closed their practice so when one of our pups was acting lethargic and not like themselves, we were able to take them to VCA and felt like it was the best decision we made. While we got a rather grim diagnosis that her kidneys were failing the staff and Dr Irvin were incredibly kind, thoughtful and gave us some great options. They made themselves available via text for questions that we had and over the next week where we kept our dog at home and comfortable while her condition declined. The staff would reach out via text to check in.

When we went to put her down, the space was super clean and nice and had a couch in area for us to spend time as a family before they came in and administered the euthanasia.

Can’t recommend them enough and super thankful for their services in a tough time.

I’ve been bringing my GSD (Asher) here for the past two years and boarding him frequently. Today 10/24/24 I picked my dog up and he was shaking like they been beating him or something. He did not act his normal behavior which is happy and playful. I’m really considering finding a new vet for my dogs cause Asher should be happy and excited to see me and go home, not shaking like he seen a ghost!!!! This may need some investigating from PETA !!!

I have been taking my dogs here since they were puppies. The care and attention I receive here is AWESOME. I hate boarding my dogs, but I feel safe with them staying. Ms. Nancy in grooming is the best if she can groom my crazy dog, anything is possible. I never feel like anyone is trying to overcharge or up sale me buy, always suggesting what is best for the pet

Quality Docs, Caring Staff. Our issue with them is strictly financial; they are EXPENSIVE. It's corporate DVM. We've had enough visits to know them pretty well by now. Yesterday we spent $260 for an ear cleaning, swab & analysis, meds. This is about $100 +/- higher than it should be, and I confirmed this with my vet friend in California.

They are right by our house, so we'd like to stay with them. But we just can't make them our family vet docs with these kind of prices.

Greattt experience! The front desk ladies wete both amazing and helpful. The vet tech was super helpful and informative. The doc was amazing too, our pet feels a lot better ! Highly recommend 10/10
