So thankful for Veterinary Center at Fishhawk. I have 2 senior cats who have been patients for a few years, and VCF have helped my cats through many different situations. Service is always above and beyond.

We see Dr. Katie & Vania often and love them! ALL the staff & vets are exceptionally kind and helpful. I’m grateful for how patient and thorough they are. They also build such great relationships with their patients & get to know the animals personality so they can best work with them. One of my cats is an F4 Bengal, and although he’s aged a senior cat, he’s still full of antics and can be spicy, and they are completely prepared and love him so much anyway! They understand him and it speaks volumes to me about how much they care. He even managed to get out of the house once and went on a 7 week adventure, and I’ll never forget Dr. Katie’s words & how she kept me hopeful against all odds until he returned. Really just thankful to have such a great team caring for my best friends!

If I could rate above 5 stars I would. We had to put our baby down due to her having advanced osteosarcoma. And the techs and the vet were just absolutely amazing. They let us lay with her for over an hour while she fell asleep, constantly checking on us. They showed such compassion and empathy and LOVE. Plus we were late to pick up our cat from the spay clinic and the vet even called that clinic for us to allow us extra time to pick her up. Just the amount of care and kindness that was shown during such a hard time will always be remembered.

Dr. Katie Thompson is the best of the best of vets. I have been taking my dogs which are my fur children to her for 20+years. She genuinely loves and cares about our babies and always ask about the family. She isn't pushy for extra labs or other stuff. I Love her and will always take my fur baby to her. The staff is also very caring, friendly and helpful.

Compassionate care, but you pay through the nose for it. After having all four of my dogs cared for, I will be seeking a new clinic going forward. It seems like prices have gone through the roof, but the attention to detail has declined. Will not provide a written script. Wants people to go through their website and pay 30% higher prices. If you decline, they will refuse to give you a full script. Claiming you have to go through them after a 6-month supply. For any other service or product this would be illegal.

I highly recommend VCF. I’ve taken my dog Sky here since she was a puppy and they’ve taken such good care of her. Since the first day when dr. Katie recommended a home diet, Sky’s skin had an amazing transformation and her health in general improved so much! We love the entire staff, they are friendly, nice and trustworthy!

I brought my new furry family member here for vaccinations and a check-up. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Customers each get a private room to wait with their pet so it makes it less stressful on them. Prices are fair and the staff really shines!

9/15/22 my boxer was diagnosed with pancreatitis. Dr Ferguson was nothing short of amazing as was her staff. She was very thorough and excellent at explaining the illness she had targeted in laymans terms, compassionate and understanding, and Morgan was very patient and equally helpful with moving my dog to and from the back, explaining scripts and billing. Ladies at front desk equally kind and efficient. I truly love this place. Thank u all. 💓

7/5/23 my boxer met Dr Katie today and I was so comfortable and at ease with her. She is so kind and knowledgeable and I just love the vets here. Dr Katie and Dr Ferguson a 5☆ from me.

10/12/23 Bootsie is having a procedure with Dr Ferguson today. I have the utmost trust in this Dr as she is super sharp and loving to Bootsie and so informative to me.

12/21/23: Highly recommend VCF. Doctors and staff are the best here.

12/26/23 & 1/5/24: Two very close procedures for my girl. The veterinarians and surgical team are very understanding and knowledgeable of her conditions, and I appreciate all their advice, surgeries, follow up and medications they provide to keep this sweet girl around and comfortable. I have the ultimate trust in them and would recommend them to anyone.

3/5/2024: Although my heart is absolutely shattered today, letting my sweet girl BOOTSIE go, I could not have hand picked a better team to take care of her, inform us, and give us time and their compassion. Alicia and Dr. DeWitt were amazing, and Dr Berger examined Ed Bootsie as well amd although it hurts me to my very soul, it was comforting to know I made the right decision. She had cancer and it was spreading fast. I will definitely miss everyone there. Maybe I will just drop by from time to time to see Morgan, Jordan, Alicia, Paige and the rest, and just drop off some Publix goodies....once I get it together and can go there without crying. Man...this is a tough one. Thank you, for your compassion and helping us get through the procedure.
