Con todo el respeto, este letrero es algo con lo que deben capacitar a sus veterinarios.
Hoy tuve mi primera y ultima experiencia en este establecimiento, la atencion fue super descortes de parte de la veterinaria encargada del caso de mi gato.
Lo lleve por un absceso que exploto en su rostro, me metieron a una sala y cuando vino con el diagnóstico me dijo lo basico del procedimiento y que me darian un estimado de cuanto saldría.
Posterior a eso vino su asistente o enfermero a darme un estimado de $570 y otro de $325 de los cuales yo tenia muchas dudas.
Preguntas tan importantes y simples para la salud de mi gato. Asi que le pedí que ella volviera para poder hacerlas. Porque cabe resaltar que para entender al 100% un procedimiento medico requeria la información en Español.
El fue a buscarla y su primer comentario fue con sus mismas palabras entiendo que tengas dificultades con el inglés, pero yo no puedo estar viniendo a cada rato aqui.
Lo siento, por pagar por un servicio y querer saber cuales son las opciones que tengo para mi gato.
La empatia, la potestad de servicio brillaron por su ausencia.
Posterior a ese comentario que ignore, proseguí con mis dudas con respuestas aún mas descorteses.
Como cual seria la diferencia entre un precio y el otro?
Como afectaria cada uno de los procedimientos?
Para yo tener la noción de cual seria la mejor opción para el y verdaderamente me senti muy maltratada y que era una molestia preguntar.
Muy probablemente tuvo algún conflicto anterior que la hicieron tratarme de esa forma tan descortes y poco empatica. Pero espero puedan capacitar a sus profesionales de la salud con habilidades basicas para que puedan asesorar de forma adecuada y con el respeto que todos merecen.
Cabe resaltar que posterior a la cirugía mi gato sangraba y requeria asesoramiento si eso era normal y evidentemente la veterinaria no volvio a salir.
Tuve que preguntar y comprar con la chica de recepción pastillas para el dolor porque es algo que tampoco se me recomendo ni se me informo de parte de la veterinaria.

Fui con una perrita rescatada y me atendieron de la manera más amable y humana que jamás me habían atendido la mejor clínica, lamentablemente ya no había nada que hacer por la perrita pero fueron los mejores al momento de atenderla muchas gracias

I can't thank Veterinary Emergency Hospital of Midlothian enough for their quick and compassionate care when my dog had a scary emergency. After he swallowed an apple core whole and started choking, I was able to dislodge it, but I wanted to make sure he was completely okay. The vet team got us in right away, checked him thoroughly, and reassured me that he was out of danger.

Everyone was professional, kind, and understanding, which made a stressful situation so much easier. Their expertise and genuine care for animals truly showed, and I’m beyond grateful for their help. Highly recommend them to any pet owner looking for top-notch veterinary care!

Very grateful for VEHM, one of our cats got into a raisin oatmeal cookie but we were unsure which one so we called them, they were on the phone with us for 10 minutes helping us figure out what to do. It was decided to bring them in and luckily they we able to get them both vomit. They provided us with updates and were very informative on the whole thing. They handled them very well even though our cats gave them hell. I am eternally grateful for them and this amazing outcome

This is the third time we have had to bring out fur baby , Khaleesi, to get her looked at. The staff are so professional and personable, you can tell right away that they care very much for each patient. It's a very easy drive from our house in waxahachie and the location is right off of the service road. The doctors we have spoken with about our baby are Dr. Pearce and Dr. Johns , the techs we have dealt with are also amazing and we have seen so many it's hard to remember all their names. It's a fantastic place to bring you fur babies if they need urgent care, they are open 24/7 with no appointment needed and they get straight to diagnosing. We just spoke to Dr. Rancher and she is so knowledgeable and kind like all the staff, we will continue to trust our babies care with this ER.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. I went in sobbing with my dog bleeding out. I was there for about an hour. They are very informative and give you a break down which included cost and testings your dog may need. Most importantly my dog is alive and thank you so much. I am super grateful they were able to help my baby. Thank you so much

I had the heart wrenching experience of walking in here with my dog and unexpectedly walking out without her. The team here were so kind and compassionate. They took the time to talk us through the situation, gave us time to grieve and process our loss, and showed our girl so much love in her final moments. It made an unbearable experience feel a tinge less miserable. Including a photo of our beautiful girl. 1,000 thanks to this ER for helping us through our loss and helping her be as comfortable as possible.
