Waste of your time. They don't actually care about you, your animal, or a sick place doing illegal, un licensed practices with proof. Called 8 times and even paid to place a complaint and request action regarding Monta Vista Veterinary Office. The man answering the phone was very rude, did not care, and told me to call back later. I've called 7 times since then in a span of a month. Not a single one has been picked up. It's just sad what this place has become. I have since moved far away to get actual help in a state that cares.

To preface, I dealt with Bryan previously and he was so horrible. Would not recommend. He talked to me like I was stupid, refused to help me or look up any of my information, and even told me I probably don't even understand what an RVT is- well guess what BRYAN you were just another obstacle in my path and all my mind splitting hard work and dedication paid off because guess who passed the VTNE on their first try and became an RVT within just a few months of you trying to discourage me.

Anyway to the real point- Susan is an angel, a goddess, a truly wonderful human. She was so incredibly helpful and gave me hope even after being knocked down so aggressively by mr bryan. Whatever they're paying her it isn't enough. I don't think i've ever received better customer service, I hope she has a beautiful day and I just had to get the word out that one bad representative is not indicative of the entire VMBs employees. There are really helpful and incredible people working here and I was so fortunate to get the chance to communicate with Susan !!

Have called 4 times and still never been able to get help. When I leave a number asking for them to call me back, the number rings and I pick up and then they immediately hang up on me. I have submitted my forms twice now starting 9 months ago and have taken the jurisprudence exam 3x and I still don't have a license and can't work in CA. I paid $1000 for this in Aug 2023. This board is terrible and is actively preventing us from helping pets because of their incompetence.

I reached out via phone earlier today to get clarification to an email I received regarding my pending license. Brian was not helpful, was condescending, and very rude. Conversation ended with me asking him to repeat some info because he was speaking so fast and he said and I quote “all of this is available on our website, look it up!”

I had the best experience with Bryan. He called me back fast and talked me through the last step to approving my license and did it instantly while we were still on the phone. He’s the best! Great sense of humor and made my entire day with his awesome customer service skills. It sounds like they deal with a lot so I thought I’d say how much I appreciate the vmb!

Zero star review!!!
I have been trying to get a License Verification Request form processed for over 2 months now. Everytime I call no one picks up! I leave a message and no one returns phone calls. This is the worst service I have ever received. My job depends on these people to help and there's no help at all!! Very very frustrated!!

So I applied in August 2019 for my license exam. My check was cashed in easy in September. No answer from anyone about my application. I have been sending emails constantly, trying to call constantly and THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!! I finally got a response from an email I sent in March just to tell me that he no longer handles the licensing department! It's the beginning of July 2020!!!! SERIOUSLY!?!?!?! NOTHING about my application?!?!?! This is ridiculous and frustrating.

They need more people working there so licenses are issued in a more timely manner. It's not fair they are understaffed and it seems aren't able handle the work load. But Dustin, who I finally dealt with, was very nice and helpful.
