Deberían especificar que es solamente para Urgencias!! No entiendo como un Hospital no atiende casos en general ... cosa de locos!!
Además deberían hablar o entender el español con toda la Comunidad Latina que hay en la Florida.

Dr Munez was patient and thorough. Upon entering the facility we were treated with empathy and compassion from the staff. They got it - our dog was sick! My dog came in with specific symptoms and was diagnosed with other ailments as well. I can now seek treatments for these diagnoses.

I took my cat for an ultrasound to determine the best course of action for his kidney and bladder stones. The staff was very friendly and professional, and kept me apprised of my cat's status throughout our visit. Once the ultrasound and test results were complete, Dr. Janet Roque-Torres spent a great deal of time with me explaining her findings and my options to treat the stones. She explained everything so it was easy for me to understand and clearly laid out the treatment options. She listened carefully to my questions and answered them completely. I never felt rushed by Dr. Roque-Torres and I was very grateful that she let me take as much time as I needed to understand his condition, the treatment options, and next steps. I highly recommend Dr. Roque-Torres and the amazing staff at the Veterinary Neurology & Imaging Center at the Veterinary Specialty Hospital of Palm Beach Gardens.

From the first visit with Dr. Cameron, I felt my cat was getting the best care. Our appointments were followed up by an email detailing the visit and what to do after. After our follow up visit it was learned that our cat had cancer- large cell lymphoma for which the prognosis is not good. Dr. Cameron provided options and information, but, above all, was very caring and compassionate. Competence and compassion are a rare combination but Dr. Cameron has both. I am thankful that we had her as our veterinary internist.

Went to VSH in the past multiple times for multiple surgeries on multiple dogs. Dr. V.ianna literally saved my dog’s lives by removing sarcoma’s, and other malignancies with cure after resection. With that in mind, I called VSH but was initially suspicious as unfortunately, Dr V sold the practice to a corporation. You know what happens after that. We had a 15 minute consultation with a surgeon who goes there part time. The fee for the surgical Consult was almost $200. The “Estimate “to remove a pea sized skin lesion off the lateral portion of the back for our healthy three year-old dog was over $3000 including the consultation. My previous dog’s radical surgery for a sarcoma was only $1800. We heard the corporation that now owns that and many other veterinary clinics is located in Texas and they set the prices. Not sure if that’s correct, but regardless, I’m sure you agree that these prices are ridiculous We were expecting about $300-$700, which, if you google, is about the reasonable price for this procedure. We were willing to pay even $1000 For outstanding care VSH is no longer the hospital it used to be. Being in the medical field and knowing other veterinarians, they agreed that these prices were ridiculous and they should be ashamed Beware! I attached a copy of the “estimated “bill. You may find the charge for IV fluids amongst others, particularly humorous. $294 for two bags of IV fluid For those not in the medical field, I put some of the prices of what are actual costs. I would recommend going to one of the other excellent veterinarians in the area and avoiding this Place unless you have money to burn. We would spend anything to take care of our precious pet but did not get a warm fuzzy about this place at all. The only nice thing about this place is the receptionist and the person who escorted us to the room were professional and very kind.

I had the most informative visit here! Dr. Roque-Torres knew exactly what to do to get to the bottom of the kidney issues my cat is experiencing. After some exams, she sat with me and explained everything I need to know and answered all of my questions. Yaza the tech was very helpful with medication info and was super nice during the process of taking down my cat’s health information.
They took the time to do proper testing and I feel confident about the protocol we are taking as opposed to our old vet. Very pleased I took my baby here, thank you!

We had a scary situation happen with our dog and thankfully we chose the right hospital to go to. I want to thank Madison for taking such good care of our boy. I could tell right away she genuinely cared about our dog and she was very sweet to him and made quick decisions to get him the help he needed. She was extremely professional and great to our dog and us. We had a lot of questions and she was patient with us. The whole staff was very helpful and I definitely recommend choosing them.

My dog had a pretty severe allergic reaction and had to rush my dog in for emergency treatment. The staff was fantastic, very friendly and attentive. Rushed my dog straight back to begin interventions and kept me updated as to her status. The nursing staff and Vet were great!
